I’m encountering a PHP fatal error when using the PDF Viewer for WordPress plugin. The issue happens specifically when loading the Spanish version of a PDF viewer page, while the English version works without any problems.

Issue Description

Works: English PDF viewer Example:https://www.pfa-inc.com/pdfviewer/pfa-nc-200-user-guide/?auto_viewer=true#page=&zoom=global&pagemode=global

Fails: Spanish PDF viewer Example:https://www.pfa-inc.com/pdfviewer/guia-del-usuario-pfa-nc-200/?lang=es&auto_viewer=true#page=&zoom=global&pagemode=global

When the Spanish viewer loads, it triggers the fatal error shown above. It seems the function tnc_pvfw_auto_add_hash_params_to_viewer_url() receives an unexpected string instead of an array, causing the crash.

What I Need

Could you please check this issue? It looks like the plugin is not handling multilingual parameters correctly, and we’d like guidance on how to resolve this.

Hi! I’ve just noticed a problem with the RTL mode of the plugin. The Horizontal-Scrolling mode stops working!! Also, in the Vertical-Scrolling mode, when we zoom in, so that the page width is larger than the screen, there is supposed to be a Horizontal bar for scrolling. It simply doesn’t appear in the RTL mode. Check the one on your demo site for confirmation. It has the same problems.

Just bought a licence, trying to activate it, but it says “The purchange code seems invalid, please try again with correct purchase code.” Is it a feature ?

My purpose is only to allow books displayed on my site domain, not to be downloaded and hide the PDF URLs. I cannot find any documentation on what this addon does specifically. I noticed that PDFs are no longer displayed in your plugin. The settings have been the same since installing the plugin, and the PDFs haven’t changed.

I thought it was a conflict with another plugin. I disabled everything and cleared my browser cache, but nothing is displayed.

Just wondering. When printing a catalog on a website, it does some funky stuff. For instance, on this site, https://www.aircomponents.com/pdfviewer/55902/?auto_viewer=true#page=&zoom=auto&pagemode=none the little live chat button which is on the website is printed on the bottom of every page.. is there anyway to make that not happen?

with your fillable pdf feature it works great BUT …i just need to know where the send button on your fillable form spot is so that each form is saved on the back end of your plugin and viewable later .. i see the fillable form but no send button.. how can i add the send button so i can see it in the TNC FlipBook plugin dashboard
