1) We appreciate your suggestion, and we will consider it for future updates in our existing Delivery Boy add-on.

2) We understand your requirement now. Currently, the system does not restrict product visibility based on the seller’s country, but this is an interesting idea. We will evaluate the feasibility of implementing a geolocation-based product filtering feature, where customers see products based on their location. If more users express interest in this, we may consider it for a future update.

Anyone else who purchased this script have issues with the category editing ?I think there is a bug.I have main category-subcategory and child category..When I set attributes to the child categories, it is showing up in the subcategory and child category. We understand that you are not obligated to disclose your development pipeline, but as paying customers, we deserve transparency about a feature that has been promised for over a year. Simply stating that your team is ‘working on it’ without any estimated timeline is unacceptable.

Can you at least provide a rough estimate—will the dropshipping add-on be ready within 1-3 months, or will it take longer? If there is no clear progress or timeline, we will have no choice but to look for another solution and request refunds for the script and add-ons.

1. reCAPTCHA / hCAPTCHA • Integrate Google reCAPTCHA (v2 or v3) or hCAPTCHA to detect and block bots. • reCAPTCHA v3 works in the background and assigns a score based on user behavior.

2. Honeypot Field • Add a hidden field in the registration form. Humans won’t fill it, but bots will, making it easy to block them.

3. Detect Suspicious Behavior • Analyze form completion time: bots often fill forms instantly. • Detect disposable or randomly generated email addresses. • Check if multiple registrations are coming from the same IP within a short period.

4. Email or SMS Verification • Require email confirmation before activating an account. • Add SMS verification to enhance security.

5. Rate Limiting and Delays • Implement a delay between form submissions to prevent mass registrations. • Limit the number of registrations per IP or device within a specific timeframe.

6. JavaScript-Based Detection • Bots often disable JavaScript. Add a simple JavaScript check to detect automated requests.

7. IP and User-Agent Analysis • Use databases to detect suspicious IPs (e.g., known Proxy/VPN services).

How about mail and/or phone verification like sellers! we are planning to implement this.

Too early to share the feedback but below are my comments and will keep updating about the progress 1. Script was easy to install with slight hiccups. 2. The configuration is in depth and seems have implemented various features trying to please all type of customers. Many fields like in add / edit products can have option to hide for sellers that are optional making the form smaller. 3. Lot of configurational issues like hompage selection not working , licenses for addons not working (tickets raised, will update once resolved) that has stopped our progress and i know the team must be working on it and will wait for a day/2 more.

The reason we only bought the base CMS website with few addons and not all apps, addons is to first figure out the stability of this application (which i will say is (4/10) and once the issues resolves, we may proceed

My only feedback till now is if the addon/license (or anything) is not working and you need to take our admin and cpanel credentials (appreciate that) then website is not stable or configure the way it should have been, with my experience in the industry for 24+ years.

We will continue to observe and see the progress in next few days, and if it does not resolve the basics, we may look for alternatives (I hope not and system becomes stable and no need to reach out to support for each new action activation we do. thanks

Another funny stuff is I have already registered the domain and while trying to add the addon (trying my luck if it adds), your activeitzone website is showing domain not registered. I have serious concern here mate. I added in morning, it showed added successfully. Let me know if this is a known issue or i have to open the third ticket for it.

Yes, there are learnings to make it further better and clarity in demo / guidelines for misinterpretation of the product (like website homepage setting of 5 options is only for layout and it’s not a template – by looking at it as a prospect during demo, we thought that way).

Also, will appreciate for all resolutions and solutions, do share the root cause so we do not have to trouble support for minor stuff which we can manage, if repeated next time. thanks

Google Maps is not working in your script. Please check with your development team. I have already updated my script to the latest version, released on February 9. I have also correctly configured Google Maps in Google Cloud and used the correct Google Maps API key. Kindly escalate this issue to your development team and resolve it as soon as possible.
