We are fedup with your after sales service.

Ok, sure. As we see you use the WOOF filter plugin and it looks like this plugin (or maybe some another plugin) makes additionsl AJAX-request which replaces filtered results. Please, see this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/mLjufhjadyid

If you reload the page https://lankareal.lk/product-category/hikvision-cctv-package/2mp-4ch-camera-package/cnv-colorvu-silver/ you can see that at first you see correct filtered results, but in few seconds they are reloaded by additional AJAX-request.

We don’t know what exactly plugin or code makes this request. It is something that you have to check and resolve by yourself as it is definitely not request by our plugin.

Please, let me know if it was helpful for you.

Regards.

Hi! We are using Filter Everything Pro on a WooCommerce site and the filters are working great! But: The Search Field is only searching in the content of the product when a category or tag is listed, not on the Shop Home (main WooCommerce loop). You can still get results on the Shop Home if you search for a term in the product title, but not the content (description).

Is there something I can do to make your search work on the Shop Home?

We have checked the links, but they are both the same, do you mean that when you change in the filter set settings “And what to filter” to another query it is not working?

Best Regards,
- Victor

No, in the case of filtering all products https://babaa.es/shop/?srch=chunky there is no result, but if you search in a https://babaa.es/category/category/women/?srch=chunky there is.

Hi SHEA

It seems like something changing the search algorithms on the shop page, and excluding search by the content, as the search filter uses default WP search algorithms. It can be some custom code, theme, or plugin that causes this.

hi, Can a filter be made that displays the letters of the alphabet in such a way that it filters the content by the initial letter of the title? In the style of this URL: https://seo.org/guia-de-aves/

Hi infonetscq

Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.

Only if you create a custom field or a taxonomy with letter values such as (A, B, C…), and apply it on your posts in the way you need. Then you can create a filter from it, so you will have those those letters as a filter term.

Best Regards,
- Victor

can you be a little bit more explicit, please

Let’s say you chose the custom fields approach, you created a checkbox custom field with the values:

A
B
C
D
...

Then go to your posts, and choose the needed letter value on them, after this is finished, you can create a filter set by this custom field, choose vie as labels, nad you will have something like a filter with the letters.

Hello – Is it possible to have it filter the store without the page reloading?

Hi sequii2016

Yes, please check the next page with the instructions – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/ajax-instructions-only/

Hi i can not figure out how to filter the search results from a product search.

https://missouriairguns.us The search is at the top right of the page. Ty

You need to create a filter set and place it on the “Common WordPress page + search page” – https://prnt.sc/8dplEAL2q2XT and place in the sidebar filter widget if it is still not placed on the search page in order to display filters.

Also, please remove this addition from the URL “&v=7516fd43adaa” not sure what causing it.

Best Regards,

that worked thankyou

I like to buy filter everything. I have now the free version and it looks good for my site trendywoonplek.nl. But the free version does not seem to filter anting on my product archivepage. When checking a collor, it still shows all collors for example. What i understand is that i need filter everthing Pro. But i need to know before i buy it, that it will function in my setup.

I did see someone’s post here who did have the same issue with themify builder Pro as i see. But he could not get a refund. Do you have a trail version or something? As soon as i see that it will function, i like to buy the plugin.

how can i setup the categories different so that i can use 1 filter for all categories? I tried already bu deleting the template, but still did have the same issue.

Well, if we go to the templates, choose options for the archive template, and exclude it from the archive pages – https://prnt.sc/-R_At9LslO23 there is only one query appearing and everything is working correctly. You can check any archive page now that everything is filtering.

Okay, and thank you!!

Hi. I have purchased the pro version, and I’m using Avada as our primary theme. We are trying to create a product filter on product category for woocommerce products. When I create a filter set, I make the settings apply to a specific page, and when I create a filter, i select product category. But, while the category has products inside it, the filter says (0) next to all products in all categories, so the filters have no effect. Any advice would be great.

Hi mlukens3

Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.

Can you please provide the link to the page with the issue so we can check it?

Hello,

I’m using the GTranslate plugin to translate my website from Spanish to English and the filters are not working when I change to English, they were working before.

Can you help? Please check here: https://mae.coffee/en/price-list/

Hi Victor,

Just sent you credentials as instructed. I was able to sort out the translation so don’t worry about that, but please do help me check the price and sorting options on this page:

https://mae.coffee/price-list/

Thanks!

Hi creamen

We have checked the site, and the sorting is working correctly. The issue is that you are using text custom fields, instead of numerical custom fields.

Your fields have different values like:

€20, 20€, € 20, 20 €

This is why when you are sorting by the price it is giving different results.

What you need to do is create strictly numerical custom fields, and apply the needed numerical data in them, then create a sorting option by the meta key numeric. And in your template make a display of the pure numerical values, and simply add € at the end so it will look like 10€, 20€, 30€...

Before you rush into changing types from text to numerical in your already created custom fields, please read this page – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/acf/#important

I understand, thank you.

Hi,

I am using the Filter Everything Pro plugin on my WordPress site along with the WPBakery Page Builder. I’ve set up an SEO rule to display a specific H1 tag on certain filters. However, despite confirming that the H1 tag is correctly added in the page’s source code (as seen in the browser’s inspect tool), after selecting the filter the H1 I set up did not show up on my site.

Here are some details about the issue:

-H1 Tag Exists: The H1 tag is present in the HTML structure when inspecting the page source, and there are no CSS styles like display: none; or visibility: hidden; affecting it.

-Not a Cache Issue: I’ve cleared both the site and browser cache, so this isn’t a caching problem.

-WPBakery Page Builder: I’m using WPBakery Page Builder, which might be interfering with the display, but I’m not sure.

SEO Rule Configuration: The SEO rule is correctly set up in the Filter Everything Pro plugin, and it’s supposed to output the H1 title on the page.

Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue or if there are any known conflicts with WPBakery Page Builder or other plugins?

Also this is my setting for SEO rule, just wanna double check if it’s all correct, thanks

Also have another question, cuz my CF is useing value and lable, howevert the disply on the frontend is showing the value to users how do I switch it to lable so it can be the mandarin translation? thanks

Hi paul729917648

Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?

Hi, I’ve Pro version of the plugin. I’m facing an issue with the filter everything plugin not picking up the attributes and showing the correct filtering. This issue is popping up with new products that are added, however, when I duplicate an existing product and set the attributes, it seems to work.

https://mogd.wpenginepowered.com/collection/category-lab-grown-diamonds/

URL is above. Out of the two white colored diamonds, only one is appearing in the filters (Diamond Clarity, Diamond Colour, Diamond Polish, Diamond Symmetry). However both of the white coloured diamond you see in this page has the correct attributes set in the back end which is confirmed through the attributes section. This leaves me to believe that the issue lies with the filter everything plugin not picking up the attributes.

Hi Victor, I have sent you the credentials via PM.

Hi Victor, Wanted to provide you an update. When I checked today, 2 products are appearing in the filter. I added a third product and that doesn’t appear.

Hi guruge_33

If during 24 hours it appears, then the issue is in the cache/transitions. Especially since you are using WP Engine by default you have a cache that we are not sure can be turned off completely, but definitely should be customized in order to not cause any issues. There are some settings that clear cache/transitions on a daily basis. This is why everything is appearing correctly on the second day.

Hi Victor,

I have an issues with the anchor, as the filter setting is not on the top of the page.

I have added the anchor to my row and also in the plugin setting, but looks doesn’t work. I have add a snipped code to make sure the anchor was added to the link: (Just I found it in the comment section)

add_filter( ‘wpc_filter_term_url’, ‘wpc_filters_url_ending’, 20 ); function wpc_filters_url_ending( $url ){ return $url . ’#searchhomepage’; }

The anchor is added to the link, but looks doesn’t work.

if I activate the “Try to use AJAX” the search function will not work.

https://shortylink.org/mywebsite

Chris

About the AJAX filtering, I can see that try to load, but doesn’t find the products.

Just In case what it the id class of this: #gspb_container-id-gsbp-e3a640e > div.jet-listing-grid-blocks > div > div.jet-listing-grid__items.grid-col-desk-3.grid-col-tablet-1.grid-col-mobile-1.jet-listing-grid-15773290

Hi Victor,

Personally I need that when someone search something in the filter, the page will load again there and not on the top of the page.

- Looks like the anchor in the filter don’t work and ….if I activate the AJAX filtering, the filter setting doesn’t work anymore. Maybe I have put a wrong class or I am not sure. I have paste here all the class (above in last message- not sure why has been crossed with a line). If you kindly let me know the right class to insert or how to fix the anchor.

I can add any snippet with a plugin, but not directly to the files of the theme. If you can write a snippet to fix the this issues will be great. thanks

Hi TheSolutionWeb

We’d love to help, but as a support team, we do not debug/provide any custom codes. The one that was provided is the old code that was written in the comments section.

The anchor is not working with AJAX because when the page is loaded with the anchor it is going to the exact ID, but when the page reloads content with the AJAX then nothing won’t happen.

So what you can do is write a custom code that will work exactly as you need with the AJAX, in order to get you to the exact element ID.

Hi Stepasyuk,

I have a question about Filter Everything Pro that I bouth:

https://create24-s1.thecamels.pl/animusfilm.pl/

In this website filter work very well (below there are filtered posts) but i want to filter it also with tags. Is there any posibility to do this with widget or shortcode? Examples of tags are bellow post: https://create24-s1.thecamels.pl/animusfilm.pl/forrest-gump/

Hi create24

Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.

Yes, you can create a filter from tags, you can choose the looks either radio buttons, labels, or checkboxes for it. The labels are more suitable looking for it.

The filter no longer works with catch infinite scroll. https://dev.plantipedia.com/pollinators/pollinator-groups-bugguide/ 401 records found but does not show all. I tried disabling plugins with no results.

Hi jacc

Did it work with the infinite scrolling previously on your page?

The infinite, load more, AJAX paginations are using default query, they are simply ignoring the filtered query.

For Woo products, there is this plugin who have compatible infinite, load more paginations – https://wordpress.org/plugins/load-more-products-for-woocommerce/

For other CPT there are load more anything, or other plugins that are compatible.

Also, there is a hook wpc_filtered_query_end:

do_action( 'wpc_filtered_query_end', $wp_query );

With the help of this hook, you can make the pagination work with the filtered query, and pass the pagination parameters on it.

got it working is there a way to have it so the page doesnt load after applying a filter?

when i enabled wprocket delay loading JS than in mobile view the filter button takes 2 to 3 clicks to open. How can I fix it?

Hi mansooryousaf

Perhaps you need to configure the WP-Rocket caching correctly in order to remove these issues. If everything is working fine without the Rocket then only the configurations of the Rocket plugin. We’d recommend redirecting this question to the Rocket plugin support. Also, please be aware of the object cache so it won’t cache all of the queries on the site, as it will cause issues in filtering.

HI,

i have a big problem with your plugin. I would like to give you acces so you can se for yourself. I can not and will not give private details about project in the comments, so please tell me how could i tell you what is the problem and not the whole world.

TNX

Hi duckrogers007

We have checked the site, so the issue here is in the way that you created templates for the archive pages. Firstly, they have duplicated main query, and secondly, each category page has a unique query, so what you need to do is create a separate filter set for each category page and place it on a certain category page instead of “Any category page (with the common query)” the common query means that all archive pages should have the same query in order to work on all of them not the unique queries like you have now on each page.

Hi, We are using url filters of the plugin e.g. /brand/brandname and it is working, but I would like to customize the brands page (add header image and text) how we can add a custom template for this url filters /brand/? thanks

Hi deepcoding

You can create the SEO Rules to change the text of the meta title/description, H1 title, and SEO description. So it will look like in this example – https://demo.filtereverything.pro/product-category/electronics/smartphones/

Also, you can read about SEO Rules here – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/seo-rules/

Also, you can make some custom functionality, in order to make images appear as well.

Hi, I’ve send you credentials to my production page. My problem is, that i have a custom query on a page. Filtering with Categories (Dropdown) works fine – the Search field doesn’t filtering the posts. But the other filters itself filtering the Search term. Greetings

Sure. I’ve use this function to search for sku with the standard search: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/a/418169

i have expanded the first “if” after

global $wpdb
as follows:
if (!is_admin() && ((!flrt_get_page_related_filters() || $query_vars->is_main_query()) && isset($query_vars->query['s']) && !empty($query_vars->query['s']))) {

Thank you for sharing your solution.
