We are fedup with your after sales service.
Hello tngridharan.
I’m sorry that you got such experience. But please let us know what exactly was wrong?
We provide support via this comments section and do not provide it via Email. And we described this condition in the Support section – https://codecanyon.net/item/filter-everything-wordpress-woocommerce-filter/31634508/support of the current page.
If you have any questions about the plugin, please write them here in the comments and we will be glad to help you to find answers on all of them.
Best regards.
I have entered the right html ID also but in the page it displays as “No products were found matching your selection.”
Ok, sure. We will check this immediately. But please, let me know the URL of the page, where you got such message?
I tried to check the https://lankatek.com/shop/ but all works fine on this page.
please check https://lankatek.com/shop/ also
tngridharan
Thank you for provided details.
As I see on the https://lankareal.lk/product-category/hikvision-cctv-package/ you set individual value “pa_camera-package” for the Filter Set with post ID “5753” but this is wrong value. You have not any HTML container with such CSS ID or Class on the page.
You have to remove it from the Filter Set with ID “5753” and the value ”.main-content” will be used by default and it is correct value. Please, try to do this and let me know if it was helpful.
On the https://lankatek.com/shop/ all works fine as I see, there are no any errors https://prnt.sc/7uCnCgKjGhIt Or maybe I missed something, please let me know more details what exaclty is wrong.
Regards.
I will try now. in the Shop page filtered items dissapear quickly https://lankatek.com/shop/
Ok, sure. As we see you use the WOOF filter plugin and it looks like this plugin (or maybe some another plugin) makes additionsl AJAX-request which replaces filtered results. Please, see this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/mLjufhjadyid
If you reload the page https://lankareal.lk/product-category/hikvision-cctv-package/2mp-4ch-camera-package/cnv-colorvu-silver/ you can see that at first you see correct filtered results, but in few seconds they are reloaded by additional AJAX-request.
We don’t know what exactly plugin or code makes this request. It is something that you have to check and resolve by yourself as it is definitely not request by our plugin.
Please, let me know if it was helpful for you.
Regards.
Shop page filtered items dissapear quickly https://lankatek.com/shop/

Hi! We are using Filter Everything Pro on a WooCommerce site and the filters are working great! But: The Search Field is only searching in the content of the product when a category or tag is listed, not on the Shop Home (main WooCommerce loop). You can still get results on the Shop Home if you search for a term in the product title, but not the content (description).
Is there something I can do to make your search work on the Shop Home?
Hi SHEA
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Can you please send the link to the page with the issue, so we can check it? Also, please provide instructions on how we can recreate this issue.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Is there a possibility for me to send the links private?
Yes, please send them via PM- https://codecanyon.net/user/fe_support
Best Regards,
- Victor
Done, thanks!
We have checked the links, but they are both the same, do you mean that when you change in the filter set settings “And what to filter” to another query it is not working?
Best Regards,
- Victor
No, in the case of filtering all products https://babaa.es/shop/?srch=chunky there is no result, but if you search in a https://babaa.es/category/category/women/?srch=chunky there is.
Hi SHEA
It seems like something changing the search algorithms on the shop page, and excluding search by the content, as the search filter uses default WP search algorithms. It can be some custom code, theme, or plugin that causes this.
Best Regards,
- Victor
hi, Can a filter be made that displays the letters of the alphabet in such a way that it filters the content by the initial letter of the title? In the style of this URL: https://seo.org/guia-de-aves/
Hi infonetscq
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Only if you create a custom field or a taxonomy with letter values such as (A, B, C…), and apply it on your posts in the way you need. Then you can create a filter from it, so you will have those those letters as a filter term.
Best Regards,
- Victor
can you be a little bit more explicit, please
Let’s say you chose the custom fields approach, you created a checkbox custom field with the values:
A
B
C
D
...
Then go to your posts, and choose the needed letter value on them, after this is finished, you can create a filter set by this custom field, choose vie as labels, nad you will have something like a filter with the letters.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hello – Is it possible to have it filter the store without the page reloading?
Hi sequii2016
Yes, please check the next page with the instructions – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/ajax-instructions-only/
Best Regards,

Hi i can not figure out how to filter the search results from a product search.
Hi mreidiv
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Can you please send the link to the page when you are using the search?
Best Regards,
- Victor
You need to create a filter set and place it on the “Common WordPress page + search page” – https://prnt.sc/8dplEAL2q2XT and place in the sidebar filter widget if it is still not placed on the search page in order to display filters.
Also, please remove this addition from the URL “&v=7516fd43adaa” not sure what causing it.
Best Regards,
- Victor
that worked thankyou
I like to buy filter everything. I have now the free version and it looks good for my site trendywoonplek.nl. But the free version does not seem to filter anting on my product archivepage. When checking a collor, it still shows all collors for example. What i understand is that i need filter everthing Pro. But i need to know before i buy it, that it will function in my setup.
I did see someone’s post here who did have the same issue with themify builder Pro as i see. But he could not get a refund. Do you have a trail version or something? As soon as i see that it will function, i like to buy the plugin.
Hi pauld179
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
Yes, it should work as long the builder displaying posts with the WP_Query. Perhaps your theme or builder displays it with the custom queries, and the Free version only works with the main query.
So if the element that displays posts on your archive page, using WP_Query everything will be filtered without any issues. But if they are using some custom solutions, stepping aside from the default WP options, then it might be the problem.
If it is not working on your site, there are refund policies that we are following.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor,
I did buy Filter Everthing Pro about 5 days ago, but cannot get it to function correctly.
setup: Placed filter in the sidebar. When visitor go’s to category, he can use the filter. By hiding the emty filters, the same filter can be used in the sub catogories. Where to filter “Product category->every category” What to filter “product query”
Problem: I have the folowing options by “what to filter”, they are “product query” or i can choose “product query, main query” By “Product query”, the filter works. But then number of product found for each filter option is “0” By “product query, main query”, the amoundt of found products per filter option is correct. But then the filter does not filter and will always show all products.
The strange thing is, that when i would chood by “Where to filter” Product category->(a main category), the filer does show the amout of product per filteroption, and the filter is working (but aleays use the product in the main category i did set)
I tried without the product archive template. I tried without the cache plugin litespeed, I checked category setup. I made sure it was not a cache issue.
Goal: I like to see the amount of search results when using the “product query”, or that the filter does filter correctly when using “product query, main query”
Hi pauld179
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
Also, please send the link to the exact page where you set up the filter and it is showing the correct counters, so we can start working with it right away.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi victor, already did make your user, and send the credentials (about 1hr ago), Here is the link with the filter : https://www.trendywoonplek.nl/product-category/huiskamer/
Can you please send it one more time here – https://codecanyon.net/user/fe_support perhaps you send it to the author, not to the support team.
Best Regards,
- Victor
We get the mail from the author with the credentials. So we have checked the site, and the issue here is that because of your template for categories, every category page has a unique query. So in order to use this template, you need to create a filter set for each category page separately.
Best Regards,
- Victor
how can i setup the categories different so that i can use 1 filter for all categories? I tried already bu deleting the template, but still did have the same issue.
Well, if we go to the templates, choose options for the archive template, and exclude it from the archive pages – https://prnt.sc/-R_At9LslO23 there is only one query appearing and everything is working correctly. You can check any archive page now that everything is filtering.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Okay, and thank you!!
Hi. I have purchased the pro version, and I’m using Avada as our primary theme. We are trying to create a product filter on product category for woocommerce products. When I create a filter set, I make the settings apply to a specific page, and when I create a filter, i select product category. But, while the category has products inside it, the filter says (0) next to all products in all categories, so the filters have no effect. Any advice would be great.
Hi mlukens3
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Can you please provide the link to the page with the issue so we can check it?
Best Regards,

Hello,
I’m using the GTranslate plugin to translate my website from Spanish to English and the filters are not working when I change to English, they were working before.
Can you help? Please check here: https://mae.coffee/en/price-list/
Hi creamen
Unfortunately, the GTranslate plugin is not in the description of supported plugins for translation. The best option is WPML, and here you can find the documentation on it – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/with-wpml-polylang/ perhaps it will help you with the GTranslate plugin if it is translating like that, and you can create a filter set for each language and if the translation plugin using default WP ways to translate and modify the URL and so on, so there won’t be any issues.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Ok, but can you think of a reason why they were working before and not working now? They were not translating but that’s another thing, they did work on the English version.
And one more thing, please. Could you please help me check the sorting options? They are not working properly.
Here’s a screenshot of how I set them up: https://tinyurl.com/296qkze7Thanks Victor!
Hi creamen
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
If it is working previously and not working now, it is quite crucial information. Please send the link to the page where it was previously working and now not working so we can check it.
Same to the sorting widget, please send the link to the page with this issue so we can check it and fix it.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor,
Just sent you credentials as instructed. I was able to sort out the translation so don’t worry about that, but please do help me check the price and sorting options on this page:
https://mae.coffee/price-list/Thanks!
Hi creamen
We have checked the site, and the sorting is working correctly. The issue is that you are using text custom fields, instead of numerical custom fields.
Your fields have different values like:
€20, 20€, € 20, 20 €
This is why when you are sorting by the price it is giving different results.
What you need to do is create strictly numerical custom fields, and apply the needed numerical data in them, then create a sorting option by the meta key numeric. And in your template make a display of the pure numerical values, and simply add € at the end so it will look like 10€, 20€, 30€...
Before you rush into changing types from text to numerical in your already created custom fields, please read this page – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/acf/#important
Best Regards,
- Victor
I understand, thank you.
Hi,
I am using the Filter Everything Pro plugin on my WordPress site along with the WPBakery Page Builder. I’ve set up an SEO rule to display a specific H1 tag on certain filters. However, despite confirming that the H1 tag is correctly added in the page’s source code (as seen in the browser’s inspect tool), after selecting the filter the H1 I set up did not show up on my site.
Here are some details about the issue:
-H1 Tag Exists: The H1 tag is present in the HTML structure when inspecting the page source, and there are no CSS styles like display: none; or visibility: hidden; affecting it.
-Not a Cache Issue: I’ve cleared both the site and browser cache, so this isn’t a caching problem.
-WPBakery Page Builder: I’m using WPBakery Page Builder, which might be interfering with the display, but I’m not sure.
SEO Rule Configuration: The SEO rule is correctly set up in the Filter Everything Pro plugin, and it’s supposed to output the H1 title on the page.
Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue or if there are any known conflicts with WPBakery Page Builder or other plugins?
Hi paul729917648
Can you please send the link to the page with the issue, with the instructions on how we can recreate the problem?
Best Regards,

Page:https://www.soledu.net/tw/study-in-australia/ PW:Test2024!
H1 shd change if I select on any choices on the first filter “州別” but not working after seleting and applying the choice on the filter.
So the H1 is not changing on the page at all, please check this page and scroll to the troubleshooting part – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/all-about-seo/ it has a description of such issues.

Hi, I’ve Pro version of the plugin. I’m facing an issue with the filter everything plugin not picking up the attributes and showing the correct filtering. This issue is popping up with new products that are added, however, when I duplicate an existing product and set the attributes, it seems to work.
https://mogd.wpenginepowered.com/collection/category-lab-grown-diamonds/URL is above. Out of the two white colored diamonds, only one is appearing in the filters (Diamond Clarity, Diamond Colour, Diamond Polish, Diamond Symmetry). However both of the white coloured diamond you see in this page has the correct attributes set in the back end which is confirmed through the attributes section. This leaves me to believe that the issue lies with the filter everything plugin not picking up the attributes.
Hi guruge_33
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
Also, please send the link to the two products that are not appearing correctly, and write step-by-step instructions on how we can recreate the issue.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor, I have sent you the credentials via PM.
Hi Victor, Wanted to provide you an update. When I checked today, 2 products are appearing in the filter. I added a third product and that doesn’t appear.
Hi guruge_33
If during 24 hours it appears, then the issue is in the cache/transitions. Especially since you are using WP Engine by default you have a cache that we are not sure can be turned off completely, but definitely should be customized in order to not cause any issues. There are some settings that clear cache/transitions on a daily basis. This is why everything is appearing correctly on the second day.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor,
I have an issues with the anchor, as the filter setting is not on the top of the page.
I have added the anchor to my row and also in the plugin setting, but looks doesn’t work. I have add a snipped code to make sure the anchor was added to the link: (Just I found it in the comment section)
add_filter( ‘wpc_filter_term_url’, ‘wpc_filters_url_ending’, 20 ); function wpc_filters_url_ending( $url ){ return $url . ’#searchhomepage’; }
The anchor is added to the link, but looks doesn’t work.
if I activate the “Try to use AJAX” the search function will not work.
https://shortylink.org/mywebsiteChris
Hi Chris
Try this code below, you need to place it in the filters.php file of your theme and change the #scroll-to-this-container-id-or-class to the needed container on your site.
function custom_scroll_to_container() {
?>
<script type="text/javascript">
jQuery(window).on('load', function() {
let isAnimating = false;
let scrollAnimation;
// perform scroll animation
function scrollToPartnersSection() {
if (jQuery(window).width() > 768) {
isAnimating = true;
scrollAnimation = jQuery('html, body').animate({
scrollTop: jQuery('#scroll-to-this-container-id-or-class').offset().top
}, {
duration: 500, // adjust duration
complete: function() {
// animation complete
isAnimating = false;
}
});
}
}
// scroll to #scroll-to-this-container-id-or-class on page load
scrollToPartnersSection();
jQuery(document).ajaxComplete(function() {
// scroll to #scroll-to-this-container-id-or-class after AJAX request completes
scrollToPartnersSection();
});
// stop animation when the user scrolls manually
jQuery(window).on('wheel', function(e) {
if (isAnimating) {
scrollAnimation.stop(true, false); // stop animation immediately without jumping to the end
isAnimating = false;
}
});
});
</script>
<?php
}
add_action('wp_footer', 'custom_scroll_to_container');
Best Regards,

Hi Victor,
I did not find a php page called only filters.php in the theme, I use blocksy theme. There are many different filters.php in Jet Engine.
But also, in this case is not good as for any update I may lose the setting. I have tested a simple normal anchor and is works on the website.
do you know if I can add any snippet or php code in the Advanced Scripts plugin
Thanks
You can use any code snippet plugin for that.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Sorry, but you did not answered.
1. the code that you wrote, doesn’t work. I have tried to add it but created issues.
2. if I activate “Try to use AJAX” doesn’t work the filter section. Do you know a solution about this?
1) Can you please provide more information on what type of issue it does? The more information you provide the faster we can help
2) Please check this page on how to correctly set up the AJAX filtering – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/ajax-instructions-only/
Best Regards,
- Victor
About the AJAX filtering, I can see that try to load, but doesn’t find the products.
Just In case what it the id class of this:
#gspb_container-id-gsbp-e3a640e > div.jet-listing-grid-blocks > div > div.jet-listing-grid__items.grid-col-desk-3.grid-col-tablet-1.grid-col-mobile-1.jet-listing-grid-15773290
Hi Victor,
Personally I need that when someone search something in the filter, the page will load again there and not on the top of the page.
- Looks like the anchor in the filter don’t work and ….if I activate the AJAX filtering, the filter setting doesn’t work anymore. Maybe I have put a wrong class or I am not sure. I have paste here all the class (above in last message- not sure why has been crossed with a line). If you kindly let me know the right class to insert or how to fix the anchor.
I can add any snippet with a plugin, but not directly to the files of the theme. If you can write a snippet to fix the this issues will be great. thanks
Hi TheSolutionWeb
We’d love to help, but as a support team, we do not debug/provide any custom codes. The one that was provided is the old code that was written in the comments section.
The anchor is not working with AJAX because when the page is loaded with the anchor it is going to the exact ID, but when the page reloads content with the AJAX then nothing won’t happen.
So what you can do is write a custom code that will work exactly as you need with the AJAX, in order to get you to the exact element ID.

- Victor
Hi Stepasyuk,
I have a question about Filter Everything Pro that I bouth:
https://create24-s1.thecamels.pl/animusfilm.pl/In this website filter work very well (below there are filtered posts) but i want to filter it also with tags. Is there any posibility to do this with widget or shortcode? Examples of tags are bellow post: https://create24-s1.thecamels.pl/animusfilm.pl/forrest-gump/
Hi create24
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Yes, you can create a filter from tags, you can choose the looks either radio buttons, labels, or checkboxes for it. The labels are more suitable looking for it.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Thanks for help. It works great!
Hi jacc
Did it work with the infinite scrolling previously on your page?
The infinite, load more, AJAX paginations are using default query, they are simply ignoring the filtered query.
For Woo products, there is this plugin who have compatible infinite, load more paginations – https://wordpress.org/plugins/load-more-products-for-woocommerce/
For other CPT there are load more anything, or other plugins that are compatible.
Also, there is a hook wpc_filtered_query_end:
do_action( 'wpc_filtered_query_end', $wp_query );
With the help of this hook, you can make the pagination work with the filtered query, and pass the pagination parameters on it.
Best Regards,
- Victor
got it working is there a way to have it so the page doesnt load after applying a filter?
Hi sequii2016
Please check this page for instructions – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/ajax-instructions-only/
Best Regards,

when i enabled wprocket delay loading JS than in mobile view the filter button takes 2 to 3 clicks to open. How can I fix it?
Hi mansooryousaf
Perhaps you need to configure the WP-Rocket caching correctly in order to remove these issues. If everything is working fine without the Rocket then only the configurations of the Rocket plugin. We’d recommend redirecting this question to the Rocket plugin support. Also, please be aware of the object cache so it won’t cache all of the queries on the site, as it will cause issues in filtering.
Best Regards,
- Victor
hi im using elementor pro https://azmanagedit.net/services/
and the filter doesnt seam to be working right. im not using the “shop” page but instead using elementor pro woocoomerce on a new page.
Hi sequii2016
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
We are good to hear that the issue was resolved.
Best Regards,

HI,
i have a big problem with your plugin. I would like to give you acces so you can se for yourself. I can not and will not give private details about project in the comments, so please tell me how could i tell you what is the problem and not the whole world.
TNX
Hi duckrogers007
We have checked the site, so the issue here is in the way that you created templates for the archive pages. Firstly, they have duplicated main query, and secondly, each category page has a unique query, so what you need to do is create a separate filter set for each category page and place it on a certain category page instead of “Any category page (with the common query)” the common query means that all archive pages should have the same query in order to work on all of them not the unique queries like you have now on each page.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi, We are using url filters of the plugin e.g. /brand/brandname and it is working, but I would like to customize the brands page (add header image and text) how we can add a custom template for this url filters /brand/? thanks
Hi deepcoding
You can create the SEO Rules to change the text of the meta title/description, H1 title, and SEO description. So it will look like in this example – https://demo.filtereverything.pro/product-category/electronics/smartphones/
Also, you can read about SEO Rules here – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/seo-rules/
Also, you can make some custom functionality, in order to make images appear as well.
Best Regards,
- Victor

Hi, I’ve send you credentials to my production page. My problem is, that i have a custom query on a page. Filtering with Categories (Dropdown) works fine – the Search field doesn’t filtering the posts. But the other filters itself filtering the Search term. Greetings
Hi chrjanssen
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
You can remove your custom code ” function search_by_sku($search, $query_vars)” from the child theme in order to make it work normally again.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor, thank you! Now it works fine for this page.
But i have to consider the sku for the Search in the menu.
Maybe i can insert some conditions to my “search_by_sku” function to include or exclude the Filter Everything actions
Good job! It is always good to add extra checkings in order to apply some changes to the search abilities, so it won’t cause conflicts.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Ups, i’ve delete my solution because it’s not working in the right way, i will try it further
Well, the SKU search should be included by default in our plugin search field.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Yes, but i need it also for the search in menu (its the Enfold Ajax search)
In that case, you need to make sure you are using some conditions so they won’t bump into each other, that’s true.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi again, now it works with a condition asking for “flrt_get_page_related_filters()”.
Thanks for help
Hi chrjanssen
Nice, you did a very good job! If you want, you can share your solution, so if the other users will face a similar issue they can use it.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Sure. I’ve use this function to search for sku with the standard search: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/a/418169
i have expanded the first “if” after
global $wpdbas follows:
if (!is_admin() && ((!flrt_get_page_related_filters() || $query_vars->is_main_query()) && isset($query_vars->query['s']) && !empty($query_vars->query['s']))) {
Thank you for sharing your solution.
Best Regards,
- Victor
