Hi, is it possible to make 1st question of each section open up when loading the page?
Bad support… I wrote an ticket and get an standard answer with usual explanations. When i delete the plugin there are still tables in the DB. You have to delete them manually to start from fresh. After this its still not working…

Plugin stopped working correctly after changing password on Facebook. Emailed support, got reply 7 days later to try something I have already done! now 8 days later and still waiting for any help at all? I wouldn’t even mind paying for support if it would be required, I have this plugin on 2 websites and both are now not working so might need to look for another plugin. Shame as it’s a great plugin but poor support.
NOT SERIOUS ! Maybe is next step delete this plugin and delete the proxy like the instagram plugin. i paid for instagram plugin and now is dont working !

Does this plugin work on multisite?
Hi,
I understand most Facebook Feed plugins depend on the Facebook API and therefore a token that expires every few months. In that case, the feed is broken and we should renew the token.

i have this plugin setup on my website and i have managed to convert colours to match my website theme however i am left with a thin white boarder around the container, is it possible to remove this with CSS ?

We are glad to inform you that our plugin is up and running. One licence allows you to use plugin on one domain only, but with unlimited views.
We haven’t given up on our plugins and we keep updating them if any issues or bugs come up.
The thing is that the plugins’ diagnostics and resolving issues relating to the conflicts with third-party plugins and themes require the strong involvement of our development team. Unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to allocate enough resources towards these tasks and we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Most of the users do not need support since our plugins have an intuitive interface and they work out of the box. For those who are unable to fix local issues or conflicts themselves, we offer a refund.
