We are glad to inform you that our plugin is up and running. One licence allows you to use plugin on one domain only, but with unlimited views.
We haven’t given up on our plugins and we keep updating them if any issues or bugs come up.
The thing is that the plugins’ diagnostics and resolving issues relating to the conflicts with third-party plugins and themes require the strong involvement of our development team. Unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to allocate enough resources towards these tasks and we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Most of the users do not need support since our plugins have an intuitive interface and they work out of the box. For those who are unable to fix local issues or conflicts themselves, we offer a refund.
We do rely on your understanding and hope our plugin will not cause you any trouble.

Hi. I have connected the plugin to a facebook account that is admin for the page I want to show, however it still just shows the default elfsight feed and there is no page for me to select in the source panel.

Hi there, I just recently bought this plugin. The Facebook feed that it collects is in Swedish mainly. The symbols å, ä, ö display correctly for the content that is loaded first. However if there is a link in the facebook post the preview text from that link (which loads a bit later) displays å, ä, ö incorrectly. This is independent of language setting in the widget.
