Already did no reply over a week later, had to find another plugin and complete lots of work to fix clients sites. Terrible support if you reading this please do not buy this plugin!!!!

Hi. I have connected the plugin to a facebook account that is admin for the page I want to show, however it still just shows the default elfsight feed and there is no page for me to select in the source panel.

Hi there, I just recently bought this plugin. The Facebook feed that it collects is in Swedish mainly. The symbols å, ä, ö display correctly for the content that is loaded first. However if there is a link in the facebook post the preview text from that link (which loads a bit later) displays å, ä, ö incorrectly. This is independent of language setting in the widget. So this is probably a plugin issue? Any advise or help here would be great. The page: https://basinkomst.nu

You need to make sure that you’re the admin or owner of the Facebook page you need to feature, and also check that your firewall or security plugin doesn’t block our plugin’s requests.

Hi there, I’ve purchased 2 license of your plugin so far and it’s a great plugin! Recently I started revamping my site, so I have a staging on a subdomain like newsite.mydomain.com and the plugin shows “No search results for given source. Please, check the input data and make sure the page is open for public access.” both on the front and backend.
Is this because I use a subdomain? I’ve reconnected multiple times and I am the admin of the fb page and set all permission to Yes.
My support has expired and I wasn’t able to send you a support ticket. Would you be able to help me out ?
