As a user of both Smart School and Smart Hospital, I’ve noticed a very useful feature in the latter that displays the number of discussions on the discussion button. This allows users to quickly and easily see if there are any discussions pending.
Currently, on Smart School, it is difficult to know if there are any discussions pending without clicking on the discussion button itself. Therefore, I suggest adding this feature to Smart School as well.
I believe this improvement would help users stay informed and communicate more effectively on the platform.

Smart School Mobile App iOS version is still under development and it will take time to release. iOS app was under development as native iOS app but since many versions its lagging to release so finally we have decided to move both android and iOS app development using flutter, so single code base can be use to manage both android and iOS app but it will take time to release flutter based iOS app.

So it is Smart School Mobile App flutter version is under development and will take time to release.

For staff like teachers, admin, accountant etc. we are developing separate android app for admin login panel which is currently under development. we need to add opening hours of school, SMS template should be there as per TRAI guide lines, accounts section also be added, Salary template, Sponsorship option, plz add a option in class for class monitor show to see and can assign the class monitor

Hi, please do you have option for admin to create fees or tuition payment on instalment. for example if the fees is 30k and the student is is to pay on 3 instalment. after each instalment after the expiring date, the student can no longer access his dashboard or the program can be divided into 3 section base on the instalment. one cannot access the second instalment if the fees is not paid Also do you have option that during student online application, student will be made to pay application fees before submitting any application form. finally, can also the online course be also purchased and fees paid on instalment as the admin will decided the instalment. Does the system also have option for admin or the system to generate automatic admission letter upon payment of the acceptance letter. please respond for pre purchase question. Thanks

Yes, if you want, you can move your hosting from Bluehost to digital ocean cloud hosting, but to suggest your configuration requirements like RAM, CPU, and storage, it depends on which modules you are using, like highly resource-intensive modules like online examinations, online courses, Zoom live classes, and Gmeeet live classes. You may need more hardware resources. So we will be able to suggest anything for your configuration requirements after knowing your uses.
However In a general use for 1000 students we will recommend at least 4GB Ram and 2 VCPU server. Although many clients using for same 1000+ students at simple shared hosting without any issue. But if you are using some highly resource intensive modules like online examination, online course, zoom live class, gmeeet live class then may be you need more hardware resources. We cannot give any configuration for it because online examination load depends on many different things like how many exams and how many students participating in exams simultaneously also how many questions present in exam etc. So we will suggest you to first run Smart School in standard conditions then scale your hosting infrastructure as per your requirement. However zoom live class or gmeet live class modules does not make any load on your smart School hosting servers because all videos stream by zoom or google servers.

Suggestion: Please add notification for school admin/school email for the fee related notifications like Fee Submission, Fees Reminder, Online Admission Fees Submission, Fee Processing, Online Admission Fees Processing.
at present Fees related notifications are available only for students & parents but my suggestion is that it should be send for school admin/School email for knowledge about who paid fees.

Please note that the fees-related notification that you are talking about is not aviliable in Smart School for school admin/school email because if suppose in a school there are more than 1000 students and in school daily 30–40 fees are paid, then for a day there will be too many notifications generated, and if there are too many emails or SMS, generally it will not be read and ignored and be meaningless. So we have given fee-related notifications to students and parents, so if fees are paid for that individual student, that one notification will be sent to the student and parents account for those fees, and that will be important for them. So if we provide an option for all fee-related notifications for admins, then it will increase in number, become meaningless, and also increase unnecessary load in the application.
However, we have plans to add notifications like online admission form submission, complaints, and contact information in future updates of Smart School.

Sorry but currently there is no option aviliable in Smart School for generating certificates for school staff like Experience certificate, Appointment letter, Termination letter, achievement letter etc. and we will try to add these features in upcoming updates of Smart School, However you can generate certificates of Students through Smart School Certificate Module, here Certificate Templates supports basic html tags so you can design your certificate design by using basic html tags.
