In Smart School there is option present to send email/sms notifications for Fees Reminder to the students and parents. So if you enable these option from System Settings > Notification Settings and your email/sms and cron has configured properly in your Smart School so it will be send notification to students and parents automatically for fees reminder. Smart School already have google authenticator based OTP authentication addon https://1.envato.market/smart_school_two_factor_authentication . Using firebase based OTP authentication requires a separate mobile app so it will not be useful.

Sorry but currently there is no option aviliable in Smart School for appointments, however you can add visitor in front office of Smart School please check this https://smart-school.in/article/how-to-add-visitor-book article for more details. But we will try to add option to manage appointments in upcoming updates of Smart School.

2. Unfortunately point of sale module is currently not available in Smart School, however we are planning to develop it in next few updates then you can sale books, uniform and other items from Smart School using point of sale module.

3. As we have understanding you are asking regarding Online Course and currently in Online Course there is no option to give a course to a single person for a single session and its courses will be aviliable for lifetime. However we will try to add this option in upcoming updates of Smart School.

Regarding iOS app, it was under development as native iOS app but since many versions its lagging to release so finally we have decided to move both android and iOS app development using flutter, so single code base can be use to manage both android and iOS app but it will take time to release flutter based iOS app.

We are unable to understand what you are asking by “Just make sure all users can login without needing to click on STD, teach, or admin,”  so please explain a little bit more about it so we can understand and try to assist you with it. However, in the Smart School demo site, student, teacher, and admin login buttons are present only for demonstration purposes, and due to security reasons, they are not added to the main application of Smart School. So when you download and install Smart School, you will be able to logged in to a user or admin account by entering their usernames and passwords.

Currently Certificate module is for generating and printing certificate is not for Online Course’s online certificate, however we are planning for online course certificate feature and will be add in next few updates.

In Smart School, most of the notifications that you have mentioned are already present. You should once check System Setting > Notification Setting in Smart School for this.

Fees related notifications are available only for students & parents but my suggestion is that it should be send for school admin/School email for knowledge about who paid fees.

Currently Smart School attendance doesn’t have In and Out attendance record feature (currently have only In attendance record feature), however soon in next few updates we have plan to add Out attendance record feature also so you can take out attendance also through Smart School QR Code Attendance and Biometric Attendance App.

For this you should use CBSE Examination module where you can add multiple assessment of an exam, for example you can add your 3 skills of English as 3 assessments and then teacher can give marks on that and get result.
