I have a pre-purchase question. Can the Chat icon (on the right top corner) change color or show the number of unread messages when there are new messages? I do not see this feature in the demo version and afraid that teachers will not know they have new messages from students/parents because of no notification. Thank you.
Sorry but currently there is no option available for this in Smart School but we will try to add this option in upcoming updates of Smart School.

hi, you have a teacher Substitution on your system
Sorry, but currently there is no option to configure substitute teacher directly so this have to be done manually, assigning another teacher to that class, and then to that lesson. In Smart School same teacher can be allotted for same time interval for same class, so you can add two teachers for the same subject-class so if one teacher is absent so in absence of that teacher another assigned teacher will take the class/period.

In Front Office > Admission Enquiry known as admission leads when this lead converted in to admission then it is known as converted leads in dashboard which is also shown at dashboard Converted Leads.
Does smart school track inventory quantities , lets say the school sale uniforms and would like to track quantities sold and purchased
Currently Inventory module is only of managing inventory items and their stock and issue returns, so you can track inventory quantities but currently there is no POS option aviliable so you can sell informs to students but in future updates we will add Point of Sale in inventory module then you can use for selling uniforms to students.
There is a bug in the Payroll Report. It is even notable in your demo.
Basically, totals for gross and net salaries are incorrect.
Please mail us on our support email support@qdocs.net and explain the issue/bug that you are facing in Payroll Report in our Smart School demo with screenshots, so once we will review it.

we want to change our system to smart school , but currently it does not support 80mm thermal printer ?
Sorry but currently Smart School doesn’t have thermal printer invoice print feature but we will try to add this feature in upcoming next update or will add it in future updates of Smart School.

Sorry, but currently there is no option available in Smart School to upload bulk student result sheets using an Excel template for every individual student to view individually. However, if you want, you can upload bulk marks of a subject of the exam in a class – section students result by importing a csv file of marks.
