I used your software and I am generally satisfied but I have any questions please 1-does your software allow you to manage appointments and if so how? 2-Does your software allow you to buy and sell books from the school library as well as other items that can be sold to students? 3-the software allows you to give a course to a single person for a single session?

Sorry but currently there is no option aviliable in Smart School for appointments, however you can add visitor in front office of Smart School please check this https://smart-school.in/article/how-to-add-visitor-book article for more details. But we will try to add option to manage appointments in upcoming updates of Smart School.
2. Unfortunately point of sale module is currently not available in Smart School, however we are planning to develop it in next few updates then you can sale books, uniform and other items from Smart School using point of sale module.
3. As we have understanding you are asking regarding Online Course and currently in Online Course there is no option to give a course to a single person for a single session and its courses will be aviliable for lifetime. However we will try to add this option in upcoming updates of Smart School.

Regarding iOS app, it was under development as native iOS app but since many versions its lagging to release so finally we have decided to move both android and iOS app development using flutter, so single code base can be use to manage both android and iOS app but it will take time to release flutter based iOS app.
We are unable to understand what you are asking by “Just make sure all users can login without needing to click on STD, teach, or admin,” so please explain a little bit more about it so we can understand and try to assist you with it. However, in the Smart School demo site, student, teacher, and admin login buttons are present only for demonstration purposes, and due to security reasons, they are not added to the main application of Smart School. So when you download and install Smart School, you will be able to logged in to a user or admin account by entering their usernames and passwords.

That is hosting the system on a local server within the premises of the school and connecting the server to the internet. In Ghana, our online payment systems are mobile money. This is where a user can send and receive money from their registered sim cards. Some of them are MTN mobile money, Airteltigo mobile money, Telesell cash. How Many schools can use the system?

Currently Certificate module is for generating and printing certificate is not for Online Course’s online certificate, however we are planning for online course certificate feature and will be add in next few updates.
Suggestion: Please add notification for school admin with student & Guardian for the fee related notifications like Fee Submission, Fees Reminder, Online Admission Fees Submission, Fee Processing, Online Admission Fees Processing.
In Smart School, most of the notifications that you have mentioned are already present. You should once check System Setting > Notification Setting in Smart School for this.
Fees related notifications are available only for students & parents but my suggestion is that it should be send for school admin/School email for knowledge about who paid fees.

Does the system that registers student attendance and entry and exit have to be done manually? Or is there any feature to automate this through QR code reading at the school reception or any other more effective way?
Currently Smart School attendance doesn’t have In and Out attendance record feature (currently have only In attendance record feature), however soon in next few updates we have plan to add Out attendance record feature also so you can take out attendance also through Smart School QR Code Attendance and Biometric Attendance App.

Hello, this system does not have continued assessment (CA) before exams?
For this you should use CBSE Examination module where you can add multiple assessment of an exam, for example you can add your 3 skills of English as 3 assessments and then teacher can give marks on that and get result. Smart School CBSE Examination addon supports weightage base result. plz add the option in reports to see which payment mode has in which number for example upi, cash, cheque or creditcard
the system shud show separate option total numbers of each exmple
upi = 20 = (total amount) cash = 100 = (total amount) cheque = 5 = (total amount)
do also add the custom print option if we need to setup any receipt to print in any size

I have a pre-purchase question. Can the Chat icon (on the right top corner) change color or show the number of unread messages when there are new messages? I do not see this feature in the demo version and afraid that teachers will not know they have new messages from students/parents because of no notification. Thank you.
