I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an issue I am encountering with the Smart School Management System. Specifically, I am experiencing problems with the admission page when trying to save student information.
Whenever I attempt to save student information on the admission page, I encounter an HTTP Error 500. This issue is specific to the admission page and does not occur elsewhere in the system.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible, as it is crucial for the functionality of the system in managing student admissions. Please let me know if there are any additional details or actions required from my end to assist in resolving this matter.

When you guys will release v7.1 soon means what 1 year?
Generally we plan Smart School new version release around 6 months so you should wait at least 6 – 7 months for new version release from existing version release date.
Could you please advise on how to enable QR code and barcode display in the student profile? We’re having trouble with it not showing up in the demo for new students. Thank you.

Its a SAAS version and Smart School is a standalone system it is not subscription or SAAS based and Smart School SAAS version is under development and will take few months to release . SaaS and iOS mobile app. will it take a year from now?

Regarding iOS app, it was under development as native iOS app but since many versions its lagging to release so finally we have decided to move both android and iOS app development using flutter, so single code base can be use to manage both android and iOS app but it will take time to release flutter based iOS app.

How can i create Custom Form with Custom Fields example : Industry Tour Trip (intreseted students list with food hapits and after trip, collect feedback from each student)
Unfortunately currently custom form with custom fields option is no aviliable in Smart School and probably we will try to add it in upcoming updates of Smart School.

Assignment & Assessment Tracking:
Teachers can create and manage multiple types of assessments such as quizzes, projects, homework, class participation, and exams.
Each entry is recorded for individual students, and scores can be entered manually or imported from other systems (like Google Classroom or testing platforms).
The system keeps all grades organized by subject, term, and student.
Weighted Categories:

Hi, i have few suggestions,
1) provide options to add behavior point on report card
2) on cbse exam, make total marks more flexible so that subject can have different total marks with other subjects
3) another template of cbse marksheet where all selected assigment will be combined and show their total marks without listing all of them. EX: combine weekly test, chapter ending test and monthly test to make test column on report card.

In Smart School, you can add marks to exams in two ways: you can add marks manually or you can add marks by importing a csv file of marks (you can download a sample csv file by selecting the selecting the export sample option from the add marks page to prepare your csv file).
