I see the software is updated pretty regularly which is good. But how difficult is it to update? What if the update glitches? I would have to constantly be swapping out files for new files? What if my clients/invoices/records get lost?
Also, can I switch the logo and name and rename it to my agency name and logo so that clients think this is my software?
Do you as a developer have access to the software when it is on my server or its private and no one can access it?

Also, is there a way to charge the customer every month automaticaly via credit card? I dont mean invoice, i mean actually charge the card or withdraw from back every month automatically?
No data is ever going to lost in updating. We always recommend to take backup before updating the application.
You can change the name and logo from admin panel

You can create recurring invoice for this accordingly . But auto charge facility is not available.
So what is the point of the “Payment Cridentials” in the settings?

the rest api doesn’t allow for me to create an api for attendance and applying for leave is there a way to do so ? we are making a mobile app and we need that api

Our understanding is that the “Payments” tab are for payments recieved for invoices sent out. My question is for Payments made to a third party where I can state reason for payments, description of service, quantity etc.

I have seen your demo and wanted to clarify few things before purchase: 1. Recruitment: 1.1. can we give access to shortlisted candidate for uploading and filing onboarding form? 1.2. Do you have any feature to take a test of candidate during recruitment? 1.3. Can employee apply for a resignation from their dashboard? and can we complete ofboarding process and track details from here only?
2. General: 2.1. Can we issue offer letter, appointment letter, probation period confirmation letter, experience letter, appreciation letter, warning letter etc from your software? 2.2. is 2.1 pointers visible in employee’s profile? 2.3. Can we assign shift for employees? 2.4. Is it possible to take half day leave as i was not able to take half day due to no feature to select time, so pl clarify 2.5. Can we assign Roles and Responsibility of employees and link with their performance and monthly target? 2.6. Can we assign and track progress of no. of training to be completed by employees in a certain period of time? 2.7. Do you have feature to track probation period of employees? And once probation complete then we wanted to issue letter or some sort of confirmation, so is this available? 2.8. Can we set some certain time like 30 min. as a buffer time from punch in time? Ex: if clock in and clock out time is 9am to 6pm and we have 30 min. cushion period, means if employees “Clock-in” till 9.30am 3 time in a month, then no salary deduction. But if employee clock in after 9.30am or more than 3 times in a month then salary will be deducted. So is this possible in your software?

Yes, it is possible to modify the code and disable modules as per your need. but once you have modified the script we will not provide support to your application because it violate our support policy

I have been experiencing persistent issues with the cron schedule not functioning properly, which has affected the generation of recurring invoices. cron job not working is not the part of application. It is more of server issue. You need to contact your hosting if cron job is not working or running or server every minute

If you are still getting the message of cron job configure on worksuite app then it simply means the cron job is not running your server. In that case you need to contact your hosting provider and tell them that cron job is not running even after configuring.

where does employee time in for attendance looking at the demo its hard to find

but do they time in & time out? is that automatic?
No they have to clock in clock out by click on button which is appearing on dashboard according to the shift time.
