- Domain name restrictions: You are not permitted to use a domain name that includes the word “worksuite.”
- Remote support: We do not provide remote desktop support (e.g., via Anydesk or TeamViewer) or Skype support.
- Server details confidentiality: If you are unwilling to share your server details, we cannot provide support.
- Application versions: We do not support application versions older than 6 months or 4 versions prior. Please ensure you keep your application updated regularly.
