Hello I am using your pro filter on my website and set up about 20 ACF but the filter only works on one of my pages – https://www.staging9.locators.co.uk/product-category/combilift/aisle-master/ – and the filter the does not work on any other caegpry page and also does not show all the acfs.

We have checked the site. The issue here is that since you are using Divi builder on each of your category pages you have a unique query. And in general, you have an enormous amount of queries on your pages, 300+ queries.
So since those queries are unique, you need to create a filter set for each category page, and then everything will work correctly. Right now we placed it on the “industrial-forklift” category page. (There are no duplicate filter sets yet) should be done manually.
Also, it looks like those custom field filters are all empty, you haven’t applied any data on your products yet.
Currently, we turned off the option “Hide Empty Filters” so you can see them all.

The plugin says, i works with divi. So your saying it 20% works for divi…. as that is crazy doing a seprate filter for each category…. What is the fix for this. Can you please make it so it just works with all the categorys? that would make sense….

From our side, we cannot force Divi to create the same queries on the pages. It is compatible with it and it is working with it. But if pages have unique queries, there’s nothing that can be done with it.

I have 200 product categories. And I thought they would automatically overlap but that doesn’t work. That’s why I would like a refund. Because how does a refund work?
You can turn on either Folding or More/Less options – https://prnt.sc/z1pMtvgDx9TO all you need to do is go to the filter set settings, choose the needed filter, and click “more options” and choose how you would like to do it.
Also in the Filters -> Settings -> General – https://prnt.sc/iKpnx9JH4unT in the “Filter Container max height, px” input you can specify the needed filter container height so it won’t go further only to the specified max height.
Or what exactly you are looking for? Any example would give us the needed information.

Thanks but that’s not what I mean, I mean the following. For example, I have 1 main product category with 5 subcategories. But if that main category is chosen, I want it to link to the product category page, not to a newly created page. I also want that when I click OK on the main category, the filters under category automatically only show the subcategories below. Is that possible?
So basically, when you are on the shop page, and choose the main category in a filter, you want to be redirected to that category page?
The filter cannot use the same URL as a Woo or else they will conflict with each other, who should work with this page, is it FE Woo or any other plugin?
The Woo has a category navigation widget, that you can use to be sent to your needed categories, and from there choose filters that you want to apply.

If you want to separate the category filter into two filters, one has main categories and the second one has sub-categories, then you can place a couple of filter sets on one page, and use include/exclude functionality from more options on your category filter.
In order to display a couple of filter sets on the page you need to use a couple of either widgets or shortcodes, but not a mix.

Yes, basically you can create as many filter sets as you need. Places them either separately on each category, or on all categories if the query is the same. You can place it on the shop pages, or on any singular page, basically, you can place it almost anywhere, and filter any type of post as long as they are displayed via WP_Query.

We have the plugin installed, however, it is not functioning properly. We have a filter for size but the filter is only recognizing two or three sizes in the list and not the others. Thinking it must be a licensing issue we went to verify and activate the license. We have the license code entered but when we then try to confirm/activate the screen resets and the code disappears. There is no error listed, nor a confirmation, the page for the code just shows blank again. Can you please confirm how to address this?

Thank you for your assistance, unfortunately the issue is still not showing as resolved, only limited versions are being shown in the filter bar. For example if you go to the fabric mouse pads page and click on size the only size listed is 8 Round with 5 products. The other products on the page have size listed on the back end as well but they are not showing in the size filter. Can you please give it a look?

So you want to apply certain sorting options from the sorting widget. You can do it pretty easily by choosing the needed sorting option and using the link with that option on your site. So when someone clicks it, it will send them to the page with this option already chosen.

Thats how I had it before, only problem is when you change a filter it resets the sorting back to default, so it goes from “price high to low” then if you activate a filter it goes to “default” so you would have to re-select the “price: high to low” sorting. Is there a way to make “price: high to low” the default sorting option?
Perhaps redirection will help here, so it will always redirect from mysite.com/shop/ to mysite.com/shop/?someorderoption

Sorry for all the questions, but i really need the filtering not to disrupt the sorting order. Is there a way to do this? Every time the filters are changed the sorting order goes back to default. I’d like to have it where when i choose a sorting order it stays that way until its changed to a new sorting option.

Hi – I am using FE pro on my site. I use a product categories filter but have a category I would like to bring special attention to. We just added used/pre-owned. Is there a way to feature a category/taxonomy? I have them sorted alphabetically at the moment. Would like to have used pop up at the top. I would also like to have a button above that only brings up the used. I don’t see a way to add a second filter of the same type. Can I do that?
2 more things 
(1) The filter will only appear on my shop page if I select apply filtering if the page is: pages, and, i choose the page of my shop. It seems very particular on when it shows up. I would like it to appear on any search results page. I can’t make that happen. (2) I would like to make this work with advanced woo search. That search plug in digs in deep into tags and other areas. It doesn’t seem to play well with that.
To clarify, if i select Common Wordpress Pages and shop page, the filters do not appear on my shop page.

In order to display certain products always at the top of the page, you can use some specified plugins to stick them there.
You can place multiple filter sets on one page, for each filter set to display on the page you need to add a filter widget or shortcode [fe_widget], but not in the mix, so either shortcodes or widgets.
To make it appear on the search page, you need to create another filter set and place it on “Common WordPress pages” + “Search results page for selected Post Type” and you would need to use the Woo “product search” widget in order to make it work correctly.
As to the AWS plugin more likely it is to use not-compatible search algorithms. With this addition to the URL “&type_aws=true” it won’t work.

Can you think of a method on how product tags could be added to this search? I really love AWS and Filter Everything Pro. I’m having a hard time giving up either or. But if it comes down to it AWS will have to go.

Well, you can make a little workaround, since our search is looking at the title, description, and product SKU. You can add your tags or other things to your product description. So it will find it. But in future updates, we want to extend search capabilities.

using elementor template page for product archive can not get the filters to display the filtered results. have turned cache off, no console errors being reported or server log errors to report. also, im using the official woocomemerce swatches plugin and most of my swatches are images. your plugin seems to only display if is a static color and not an uploaded image? Dear Team, I have enabled (Length * Width * Height) filter in my website, it’s working fine. But i if i adjust length using numeric range slider, automatically width * height is also getting adjusted. i don’t want that, i want to select each seperately and filter as per the selection i am doing manually. here is the URL: https://bit.ly/filter-by-size. You can try adjusting the min length size, you can see min width number is getting adjusted automatically. i don’t want any other sizes (width or height) to change automatically when i put min and max length.
If you mean, that when you set for example “Width” range like this – https://prnt.sc/TBV-OkcgunU0 the side filters become inactive without any values to choose from?
The thing is when you set the values it filters your posts, so after choosing in the “Width” filter range between “607-630” it is simply showing one product. And the side filters show the values of that one product. Which are “Length” 615 and “Height” 360.
So if you choose any range value in one filter, and it will apply it, then you see in other range filters the values for posts that are left after applying the first filter.
Basically, like this: you have 100 products and can see all values in your range filters. When you set in one of them a certain range, and let’s say there are only 10 posts left after filtering, the rest range filters will display values of those 10 posts that are currently displayed.

If you have a version 1.8.2 and see this error. Go to the plugins and install the Free version of the plugin. Then deactivate and delete the PRO version. Download the latest version of the plugin from this site, and install it on your site from Plugins -> Add New -> Upload plugin and choose the archive with the plugin. The Free version is needed to not lose all of your filters. When you delete the PRO version.

we are using your plugin filter everything. it works really good.
we are using Houzez theme. In which we using custom post type. also Houzez custom taxonomies.
We applied image on custom taxonomies and create filter of that taxonomies. But Images are not visible at front end of filter.

Good morning, I use WPML, ACF pro and filter everyt hing pro on a worpdress site with two languages: Italian and English. this is the site: https://ferrarigroup.it
I have already translated all the entries in the custom fields created for the products (paint roller) with ACF pro and the products are translated correctly.
The problem is that the filters on the shop page that should filter the paint rollers are not translated into English but remain in Italian.

We have checked the site and the issue is in the URL prefix, in the Filters -> Settings -> URL Prefixes, we changed the ones with a
--to
_and everything is working, please note they should be unique, they should not cross with any slugs that are on your site already created.
if you have a category-slug creating URL prefix like category-something won’t be unique, it should be with _ to be unique.

But we recommend testing it first, to be sure that everything is working without AJAX, and only then use AJAX.

How can I show the total number of results on a search page? This will be used for a number of job postings we have, so say some selected the filter “MArketing” they’d see 34 out of 554 jobs
Also, is it possible to have 2 filter sets on the same page? Right now, I have it in a sidebar widget for Desktop, which pushes it to the bottom of the screen on mobile.
I’d like to add another filter widget above the content on mobile only, but when I do so, the shortcode causes the side bar widget on desktop to disappear.

1) You would need to write a custom code that will get a number of how many posts you have, and update let’s say with the message how many it finds to your needs.
2) Yes, it’s possible to have 2 filter sets on one page. You would need to place two widgets or shortcodes in order to display them but do not mix like 1 widget and 1 shortcode. And of course, create 2 filter sets.
For the mobile button, if you are using pop-up mode, you can use the shortcode [fe_open_button] on the page where you would like to see the mobile button.
