I bought the Custom Form module, but it’s very limited. What’s the point of being able to ask for additional personal data if that information isn’t tied to the customer? For example: PErsonal ID Number, ... it only stays in the Additional Fields tab of the requested service, but it’s not linked to the customer’s permanent data; therefore, it’s irrelevant to the customer. It only serves as an extra info for the service
It’s important because I can have many customers with the same name and surname. The only way to identify them without error is with an ID field

I think you are missing the point here. As no configurations, etc has been changed! But the last few days, around your latest updates, we have lost almost a 100 appointments, which customers were already paid for. As we can see all those appointments details and appointments IDs on Stripe, but in the system, those appointments are nowhere to be found. We can even see those appointments being sent out to customers via Email as well but again in the system itself, they aren’t there.
This can’t be any configuration issue clearly, and we had to spend hours to try to manually add the appointments in based on what we can see from Stripe, but obviously now those appointments ID will never match with what customer initially booked and paid for.
Can you please stop saying that there is nothing wrong whenever you check as there is clearly issues and we are the one facing tenants with complaints due to the bugginess of the SaaS platform.

Hi, I really would like to buy your plugin and I already thoroughly testest the sandbox demo. I have 2 issued. The “custom pricing module” and the “Bring people with you feature”. Is there a way to not multiply the people I’m taking with me into the price? I don’t want the price to change when I take more people. Still l can’t use custom fields etc. because I need the “Bring people with you feature” information for my second issue. When I define the rules on the “custom pricing module” and I say to give different price depending if you bring people with you or not, it doesn’t work properly. At least in the demo installation. In the Booknetic SaaS, Tenants can register on your website and provide their services to their customers. All those Tenants’ information is stored on your website database. Hello, I created a sandbox demo, and want to know if is there a way to create a direct booking link, so you can begin the booking process either from the location page, or the service page, or the staff member’s page on WordPress? I would like to have that instead of a user visiting a specific page and wanting to book yet forcing them to go through the full selection of choosing location … then staff … then service. ** Am I making sense? If not … if you are on a location page, I would like the booking popup to preselect the location … same as on staff page if you want to book Jane Doe, then Jane Doe is preselected in booking popup … and especially if you are on a page about a specific service then the service would be preselected in the booking popup.

Regarding Airbnb, there is a Webhook feature in our plugin that allows you to send the appointment information to third-party services via HTTP requests.
