Hello. I am interested in your Booknetic plugin, but wonder if it can do the Regular Check-ups appointments: Each of our customers must make his/her regular appointment for a regular period (for example 6-month, 3-month, 12-month) repetitively and automatically.

Reminder emails will be sent to customers, for example, 1 week and 2 days before the appointment.

Is it possible, please?

Yes, we would like to inform you that we have a Recurring Appointments feature in our plugin for this purpose. You can create repeated services with 3-months, 6-months, 12-month, etc. durations and allow customers to book only a certain amount of appointments. I have integrated the Zoom but for some reasons, it’s not sending the zoom url to the customer even tho the workflow has been properly set up.

Hi, For the add-on invoices, we can’t comply with regulations of each country, so please ensure that invoices are issued under the tenant’s name via Stripe Connect. Currently, we can’t issue invoices using Connect under the tenant’s name, can we?

Hello,

I purchased the SaaS version. The generated URL for the Tenant is not working, it ony shows a blank page.

Also, when accessing the booking page (set up by the super-admin) there are no locations listed and one cannot advance on the steps.

The documentation is not very clear on how to use it. Or maybe is that it is not working properly for me?

One question, how does the end user choose the language for scheduling? Is there the possibility to choose, or just the language configured in Wordpress? Is it possible to have a language selector?

Booknetic uses language files to provide multilingual support. You can make your scheduling website multilingual by using a multi-language plugin like WPML. With WPML, you can create language versions of your content and provide users with a language selector to choose their preferred language.

This way, your end users will have the flexibility to select the language they prefer for scheduling appointments.

hi there, can the booking remote code be added to any kind of website meaning even if it is not a Wordpress site? and what type of cod e is it iframe, javascript?

Each tenant will get their unique booking link: https://yoursite.com/tenant-domain. You will have an unlimited number of tenants, and each tenant will use the plugin as a Booknetic Regular user. They will have their booking panel, admin panel, staff, services, payment methods, settings, etc.

You can embed the booking panels of each tenant on the external websites by using the iFrame codes. These iframe codes can be found on the tenant admin panel.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide an ETA right now as we have not started to work on this yet.

Regarding the possibility of connection with OTAs, we do not have a direct integration in our plugin for these platforms, but we do have a Webhook feature in which you can integrate our system with any third-party service platform that has the Webhook receive capability. Hi, good afternoon.

I’ve the SAAS version and have bought recently the MercadoPago payment.

When the user try to create an appointment and select the MercadoPago as gateway, this work fine (only I’ve noted that the MP popup sometimes are automatically closed), but works..

The problem is when the user:

1 – Try to pay with the button in Customer Panel

2 – Can’t receive the Mercado Pago link in WhatsApp or Email

3 – Tenant can’t create the link in Admin Panel

Pre-Sales Congratulations on a great script.

I wonder if your team ever managed to add BigBlueButton. The other competing script in your category has a much less appealing UI, but with the integration they seem to be making a lot of their clients extremely happy. One of the reasons they have perhaps 600% more sales even with a less appealing UI and higher cost than your great script.

Perhaps it’s time your excellent team considers BBB. And NO we have Zero interest in switching to Zoom. It’s hopelessly expensive to hope to use it at industrial scale. Kind Regards.

1. I would like to know that if its possible that on landing page can be shown all tenants with all the services? 2. There are no landing page for this Saas plugin?

3. I made 2 bookings in one just from 2 different staff members. Both are in the same day, but one starts at 17:00 and ends at 17:30, and the other starts at 17:00 and ends at 18:00. I think there is a problem. The second should not be possible to starts again at 17:00, just after first booking its finished. 4. When staff login they can see the appointments from the other staff members. Can i ask why?

1. Since the Booknetic SaaS is a multi-vendor booking system, you can create any type of multi-vendor booking platform for your needs. In the Booknetic SaaS, Tenants can register on your website and provide their services to their customers. All those Tenants’ information is stored on your website database. Practically, you have the ability to show them as a list in the search result by adding some custom codes to your homepage that read that information from your database. The Booknetic SaaS plugin does not have this built-in search option. Also, you can create a listing/directory website for yourself by using any theme/plugin and list all the tenants there manually. You can embed the booking panels of each tenant on the proper tenant pages by using the iFrame codes. These iframe codes can be found on the tenant admin panel.

Can user edit booking by the link something will be changed?

However, I have been experiencing recurring booking issues related to incorrect times being set on my Google Calendar.
