Unfortunately, configuring tenants with subdomains like “tenant.maindomain.com” is not supported by default. Currently, only directory-based configurations, such as “yourwebsite.com/tenant,” are possible. However, you can manually create subdomains and add the booking form there using iframes.

Booknetic SaaS is a versatile multi-vendor booking system that allows you to create any type of multi-vendor booking platform according to your specific needs. As a result, tenants can register on your website and offer their services to their clients. The information of all tenants is stored on your website’s database, which you can use to display them as a list in the search results. This can be achieved by adding custom codes to your homepage that read the information from your database. However, please note that the Booknetic SaaS plugin does not have a built-in search option for this.
Additionally, you have the option to create a listing/directory website for yourself using any theme/plugin and manually list all the tenants there. You can then embed the booking panels of each tenant on their respective pages using iFrame codes that can be found on the tenant admin panel.

I bought the Custom Form module, but it’s very limited. What’s the point of being able to ask for additional personal data if that information isn’t tied to the customer? For example: PErsonal ID Number, ... it only stays in the Additional Fields tab of the requested service, but it’s not linked to the customer’s permanent data; therefore, it’s irrelevant to the customer. It only serves as an extra info for the service
It’s important because I can have many customers with the same name and surname. The only way to identify them without error is with an ID field

Have emailed at least 3 emails with non stop issues after so many years even with only 1 tenant, how is this possible??? Issues after issues, appointments are not appearing in the calendar despite emails have been sent to the customers… this is just unbelievable!!!!!!!

I think you are missing the point here. As no configurations, etc has been changed! But the last few days, around your latest updates, we have lost almost a 100 appointments, which customers were already paid for. As we can see all those appointments details and appointments IDs on Stripe, but in the system, those appointments are nowhere to be found. We can even see those appointments being sent out to customers via Email as well but again in the system itself, they aren’t there.
This can’t be any configuration issue clearly, and we had to spend hours to try to manually add the appointments in based on what we can see from Stripe, but obviously now those appointments ID will never match with what customer initially booked and paid for.
Can you please stop saying that there is nothing wrong whenever you check as there is clearly issues and we are the one facing tenants with complaints due to the bugginess of the SaaS platform.

In the regular license I still use SAAS? because I want to test everything first to see if this is really what I need, use it in the company itself until it is validated and then I can pay the difference in the extensive license!? could it be ? Hi, I really would like to buy your plugin and I already thoroughly testest the sandbox demo. I have 2 issued. The “custom pricing module” and the “Bring people with you feature”. Is there a way to not multiply the people I’m taking with me into the price? I don’t want the price to change when I take more people. Still l can’t use custom fields etc. because I need the “Bring people with you feature” information for my second issue. When I define the rules on the “custom pricing module” and I say to give different price depending if you bring people with you or not, it doesn’t work properly. At least in the demo installation. For your main SAAS website where the plugin is installed, you need to have at least PHP 7.4. However, for tenants (customers who embed the booking panel on their websites), there is no specific PHP version requirement, as they will be using an iframe link to integrate the booking functionality.
For customers embedding the booking on their site, they simply need to use an iframe code provided by the SAAS version. This iframe code will allow them to display the booking panel seamlessly on their website. It’s a straightforward process, and detailed instructions can be provided along with the iframe code.
