Regarding Airbnb, there is a Webhook feature in our plugin that allows you to send the appointment information to third-party services via HTTP requests. In that way, you can send the appointment date to Airbnb to block that date on Airbnb. However, please note that Airbnb must be able to receive the HTTP requests. You can partially do that. But since there is no data range feature yet, for example, when your customer makes a booking from 14 March 15:00 to 18 March 15:00, the next customer cannot book for 18 March 16:00 and will have to book for 19 March.

Host URL: This URL should be shared with the doctor or host of the meeting. The host has more control over the meeting, such as starting and ending it.
Attendee URL: The attendee URL is intended for participants like patients and companions. This URL allows them to join the meeting without the same level of control as the host.
2. Recording video and audio is primarily a feature provided by the platform you’re using for video conferencing, such as Zoom. You can typically enable the recording feature directly within the video conferencing platform itself. For instance, Zoom offers the option to record meetings. Once a meeting is recorded, you can save the video or audio as per your requirements.

Yes, you can integrate Outlook 365 Calendar and many more platforms by using the Webhook feature. But, since there is no receive capability for the webhook feature, it can only work in one-way sync. However, we have a standalone Google Calendar integration add-on that works with two-way sync.

When you log in as a staff member in Booknetic, you should, by default, only see your own appointments in the “Appointments” and “Calendar” modules. Each staff member should have access to their respective appointments, ensuring privacy and organization.
However, if you need more control over staff member permissions, you can use the “User Role Manager” add-on. This add-on allows you to define and customize roles and permissions for staff members. Please note that when you log in as an admin, you will have access to view all appointments, regardless of the staff member they belong to. This is by design, as administrators typically need access to all data within the system for management and oversight.

I don’t understand the functions of the Role Manager, which I’ve already purchased. I want to create staff members like assistants, secretaries, or supervisors who can view some sections and not others, manage certain individuals, locations, and services. However, these individuals should not be selectable by the client when making an appointment, and they shouldn’t appear as service providers. I’ve tried not assigning services to that person/role, but that means when editing an existing appointment or trying to create one from the backend, the services that this person can assign or create don’t appear.
