Hello Ajay, in one week we have manually updated 3 times (Updated today to v5.3.52) but the attachment issue/bug is still not fixed. whatever file type we tried to upload via the message feature, encountered “The given data was invalid.” error.

Please take into consideration to at least fix all the reported bugs before releasing any updates. Thanks you.

It is working fine on our end. Please revert back to the support to ticket related to that which you have created, So our team checks directly to your server

It is not working in your demo either. we tested today with your latest update. When you initially start a chat/message you can upload but once that chat starts and if you want to attach any type of file you can’t.

this is the error from your demo “The given data was invalid.”

Basically, I think it’s good when errors are eliminated. However, the frequency of the latest updates is becoming a bit idle. In this respect, it would be good if you reconsider your update strategy for no active users of your support. I understand if you want to make extra money with it, but I can’t offer my users a reliable service if the script has to be reinstalled every three days.

Or you can provide a list of which files have been changed in the update.

There is no need to re-installing the application when new update comes. You just need to follow the manual update documentation to update the application.

Then take a look at your documentation. There is nothing like that there.

Basically, I’m completely with you when it comes to bugs, after all I had a lot of trouble with the first installation because strangers used your script to load strange files onto my server. BTW, it’s sad that I have to use third parties to store user data so that things like this don’t happen anymore.

If you don’t make any money with it, why is an “automatic” update associated with paid support. That does not make sense. And while I’m at it: The latest updates have less to do with bugs and more to do with adapting to other plug-ins that you want to sell. Why don’t you all adjust this before you roll it out?

All in all, this is simply necessary work, which, as I mentioned above, I already had more than enough of.

You can update your application manually which is completely free. Update Application Manually One-click update from the admin panel is available for active support members only.

This feature is only available for active support members only because of the failure rate of more than 90%. In 90% of cases, the update can fail because of the following issues which completely depend on the server.

1. The server is slow.

2. The server is not able the download the zip file because of internet speed.

3. The server is not able to unzip the file because of server restrictions.

4. The server is not able to replace the files because of security reasons.

5. The server replaces half of the files and the remaining is not because of low memory.

Customers started blaming our experienced team for the failure to update the applications not working. Thus they contact us. We are not allowed to provide support to non-support customers. Thus we first ask the customers to renew the support before going a one-click update.

Another alternative is going manual update which is not server and all the above steps have to be done manually

Kindly consider updating the invoice templates in the upcoming release, as the current templates exhibit formatting issues during PDF downloads. Application will work in both the licenses but if you are going to charge your customers you need extended license

Hi, Why we cannot install without Wildcard SSL- if we do not use the subdomain module, as maximum SaaS authors are moving on to that?

Our subdomain does work without ssl also.

But if you main app is installed on ssl then all subdomains need to have ssl also but it is not required. Going to main to subdomain will redirect with https

But you can simply open the subdomain with http

Well, so if I need the https subdomain for company so I need the Wildcard SSL, Correct?

Look subdomain module works even without ssl.

But its always good to have wildcard ssl.

If you open application without https it will work

The new update has an issue with the chat/messages between the company/employees and the clients. I can’t attach anything and can’t paste any text or any content. Tried different accepted file types.

I did not see that feature enabled on your demo to check the same there as well. Can you please check that on an urgent basis?

When you are in the Leads and Click option of Change to Client it is not fetching all the details from the leads just name and email which is wrong it should also fetch all the information and autofill to client fields also the custom fields.

When you are going to upload the Change to Client feature update and fix the issue?

And one more thing when I transfer the Lead to Change to Client does this also cover the custom fields of the Leads as well and transfer them to the Clients Module?

And What If I have the same Custom Fields like Leads Custom Fields also available in the Client Module does that Make sense so it will bring data directly from Lead and Auto fill in the Client which is not working right now?

Regular license for modules will work.

For modules i would suggest going with https://codecanyon.net/item/universal-modules-bundle-for-worksuite-saas/48913734 which gives you all existing modules and all future modules for free

You can put any website on say website.com and our saas on app.website.com

Then you can just disable the frontend from superadmin settings

Both are standalone applications. If you want to buy the worksuite saas then you need to buy it separately.

Thank you, if possible please consider Indian compliance like EPF, Insurance, Gratuity, IT Form 16 of Employee, IT Returns, etc.. these are required for employer to upload all data to Government portal. Some of customer demanded these features. Like in European want xml to upload data to goverment site, the same way it may require in India. Thanks & Regards
