1. When a company fails to renew their subscription, they account reset to default. What can they access and not access in the default and is there any data lost considering the default is set to 0MBs? 2. I have purchased Worksuite Saas version i installed the script, everything was fine when i logged out and tried to login again the system refuse and says “These credentials do not match our records.” i’m pretty sure email and password are correct. – What is the reason for this issue? - How to reset password manually via PHPMYADMIN (cause forgot password link doesn’t work either_
