Our support does NOT include the following
- One-click updates are only available for active support members.
- We do not provide support for modifications made to the script.
- We do not provide support for scripts running on localhost.
- We do not provide general web hosting or PHP support.
- We do not provide general Laravel support.
- We do provide fixes that are unique to your web hosting or server environment. If your hosting or server environment is different than what is listed in the REQUIREMENTS section, you’ll need to determine if it will work before purchasing.
- Our usual response time is fast, but please note that response time may be up to 2 business days as described on our support tab. Excessive issue/feature questions that do not fall under support will slow down response times. Please thoroughly investigate the problem yourself before contacting us.
- You are not allowed to use the domain name that includes the word “worksuite.”
- We do not provide Remote desk support (Anydesk or Teamviewer) or Skype support.
- Please do not contact us for support if you are not comfortable sharing your server details.
- We do not provide support for application versions older than 6 months or 4 versions older. Please make sure to keep your application updated at regular intervals.
