Through the bugs but m very happy with the product
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer support provided by all of the support teams that I dealt with since last month. I had an issue with the code in their script, and when I reached out for assistance, I was met with a complete lack of willingness to help and irrelevant responses.
Not only did the support team fail to provide any helpful guidance or solutions, but their responses were also delayed, adding to my frustration. It was evident that they were not taking ownership of the issue and working towards a resolution.
As a customer, everyone expects efficient and effective support, especially when dealing with technical issues. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling completely dissatisfied and frustrated. It is unacceptable for a company to provide such poor customer support, especially when the issue is related to their own coding.
After 2 days of delays, one of their support members responded that I have to wait for the New UI that they are releasing and that all the issues and bugs will be fixed with the new UI.
Which means that they already know that their script has bugs and issues.

The company is in the process of testing a new user interface for their application, and has provided the files for the new interface to extended license users for testing purposes.
This is because giving the unfinished product to regular license customers could potentially decrease the value of the application and lead to a large number of bugs.
Furthermore, providing support for regular customers would consume a significant amount of time that could be better spent fixing bugs and providing the new interface to regular license customers as soon as possible.
With thousands of regular license customers, the company is concerned that if they were to release the unfinished product, there would be a large number of daily support tickets which would be difficult to handle, leading to delays for customers. The company is not requesting any additional funds.
Great product by a professional team who are quick to reply support tickets.
Simple and easy to implement
Worksuite is a really complete Project Management system. Everyday a few clients and myself use it. Continue like this.
