SaaS means the application is “multitenancy” right? Meaning we can use this with sub-domains and/or for individual clients, on difference DB, segmenting users, correct? Sometimes vendors/sellers get this term confused, so we want to be certain and clear about what this is.

1. The application uses a single database for all the companies. All users, companies, etc share the same database
2. You can buy our subdomain module of ours to have a separate subdomain for every company. Current every company will have a single login page to login

Company first register with default or trial package. After registration he choses the package . He can chose lifetime package if you have created one.

Please consider testing the Products and Orders features/modules on both the Demo and the Production environments. We are currently experiencing issues with the Orders feature. In your Demo version, I am unable to locate the Products in the Company dashboard’s left-side menu, which is preventing us from addressing the issue. I would like to confirm if this problem is also present in the demo.
Both the Demo and Live versions are encountering a Server Error issue with Orders.

Hello there! Have you revisited the idea of introducing XML invoice export functionality? This is a critical requirement in Europe, and if it’s not integrated, we will no longer be able to use the product due to this regulatory issue.
XML invoice export is essential to have it in the platform.
If these functionalities will not be implemented by the end of this year, probably most companies from European Union will abandon and choose another CRM instead.

You need to discuss this issue with envato. They will can answer you better. The screenshot that you attached is of amount you paid. But it no where says which support you bought 6 months or 12 months.

When an offline payment is made. It gets marked as “paid”. Is there any way to mark the transactions “under review” or “pending” so accounts can manually verify the payments before marking the transaction as “paid”??
In worksuite saas we do have option for approval for package payments.
But this feature we do not have for invoices

In 90% of cases, one-click update can fail because of the following issues which completely depend on the server.
1. The server is slow.
2. The server is not able the download the zip file because of internet speed.
3. The server is not able to unzip the file because of server restrictions.
