Hi, what are the Whatsapp notification costs. Can I see the pricing table. I think META also gets price after 1000 whatsapp conversations.

Also you have a SMS notification pricing table, however it is not the table of Twilio. Can twilio make the same notifications?

Can you explain me the estimated prices to notify 900 customer monthly. It will be whatsapp message or SMS please calculate separatedly. 1 notification for booking confirmation, 1 is for upcoming appointment reminder.

If the texts of your notifications exceed the limit, the messages won’t be cut in two, but you will be charged twice as much. That’s why you may want to optimize the cost by cutting down on the number of symbols in your text message notifications. I just saw that Bookly Cloud subscription for 2000 Whatsapp message is $177. It is not a fair fee. I can hire a developer for a custom plugin and it will cost 500$ with 1000 free messages provided by META on Whatsapp. Your plugin is wondreful that I respect every detail is considered, but fees suit only businesses that want to waste money and really do not care about ekstra $2000+ per year.

for example

in this case

I’m afraid these options are not yet supported. Currently, a service can be associated only with one category and there’s no text search function, but you can use various filters to look up an appointment. As a workaround, please check if Bookly’s Zapier Integration: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016190920-Zapier-Integration can work for this requirement as it allows you to automatically trigger actions in your favorite cloud apps for certain events inside of Bookly: when new bookings are made and updated, and new customers are created. Please note that Zapier’s plan is to be purchased separately from your Zapier account.

Hi, I’m sometimes seeing a “License verification required” message in the WP backend, that I need to provide a purchase verification, or Bookly will stop working.

Hi, brilliant plugin from the reviews and demos I have seen so far. A quick pre-sales question, does the plugin support assignment of say staff to clients/customers? In my setup I would want to define which staff member should attend to which client and for the client to only be able to select them.

Yes, Bookly Outlook Calendar Sync: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018688413-Outlook-Calendar-Sync allows you to get a real-time two-way synchronization between Bookly Calendar and Outlook Calendar so you can keep all your calendar data in sync to never miss an important appointment and avoid double bookings. Please note that Outlook requires HTTPS. And we use Microsoft Outlook API to sync the Bookly appointments and the Outlook events. So currently, it does not work with Hosted Exchange Servers.

Microsoft Outlook API doesn’t support dedicated Microsoft Exchange Server accounts. When setting up Outlook Calendar you should be using a Microsoft Business account with the company domain/email so all users in this company can sync Outlook Calendar with Bookly. And it should be the same domain for everyone. As per our detailed documentation on the link above, you need to log in to the Azure portal using the Outlook email address/account you need to synchronize. So please make sure that the Application in the Azure portal is properly created. For example, you create a new application in the Azure account and when you create it you choose the option Accounts in any organizational directory (Any Azure AD directory – Multitenant). Then connect this new application with Bookly and try to connect the staff member in the Staff Members section in Bookly.

You can use this instruction for adding users to the Azure account (Azure AD administrative permissions) https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/fundamentals/add-users-azure-active-directory.

Bookly is compatible with the vast majority of WordPress themes and plugins, as long as the theme or plugin is developed according to the WordPress Codex https://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Development, it is most likely compatible with yours. While it isn’t technically possible for us to test all themes and plugins out there, incompatibility issues have been rather rare in our experience. In order to make sure that your theme or plugin works with Bookly, your best bet is to try installing the free version of the Bookly plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/bookly-responsive-appointment-booking-tool/. If the free version works with the theme or plugin, then the Bookly PRO version should work as well.

If a workaround is needed, what most Bookly users do is create a Bookly shortcode using Gutenberg or Classic Editor, then copy and paste it into the theme.

To customize the booking form, please check this article: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212800185-Publish-Booking-Form.

The default payment option in Bookly Pro is offline payment (cash on arrival). For the online payment feature, please check out the options below that you can choose from and enable for your plugin. Kindly note that payments via your preferred payment gateway are only triggered during the online booking unless your payment gateway has a feature that allows you to create payment links. So the customers can’t go back online to pay for the appointment. And the payments are single/global so it goes to the site admin.

If your preferred payment system isn’t supported/integrated with Bookly but supports WooCommerce, it should work with Bookly. Please note that the purpose of the WooCommerce integration is to have access to other payment gateways that are not available in Bookly (but are supported by WooCommerce). If you enable this integration, WooCommerce will add the Bookly items to an already existing WooCommerce cart, which means that your customers will be re-directed away from your site to WooCommerce cart after the details step, and payment features/options from Bookly will be disabled including the “Service paid locally” option, and they will be able to purchase items from Bookly and WooCommerce in one session. So even if you use this integration, the booking process is maintained and you’ll sell services from Bookly and not WooCommerce products.

To set this integration, you’ll need “fake” products and set any price for the “fake” products since the final/total price will be taken from Bookly services and other attributes from WooCommerce will be ignored. The  “fake” products will serve as the “bridge” between Bookly and WooCommerce which means you can assign a WooCommerce product for each service separately, hence, there will be multiple products in the WooCommerce cart at the time of checkout. We advise hiding the “fake” product from WooCommerce as you won’t be selling the “fake” products to avoid confusing customers. To hide the “fake” products, you need to find (in the right part) the catalog visibility option and set it to hide: https://i.imgur.com/wyIQROe.png.

Is there a multi-shop add-on that supports multiple PayPal accounts?

Thank you for your message.

This is not supported at the moment, the payment account can be set only at the administrator level, and only one account per payment gateway.
