Hey, Making it a SaaS product or Multi Admin is an entirely ridiculous idea, my question was a entirely an query. While there are so many pre-made alternatives on the market so for any startup, purchasing an Extended version of your product is pointless. Let the author team know that we anticipate a more friendly answer, and they should not write something along the lines of “You find a way to use it.” Since I am a random buyer in this marketplace, I do not have conditional intention of altering your products without legal rights & permissions. I appreciate you not being friendly.

I apologize if my initial response was unclear. An extended license is required if you plan to use the plugin in an intermediary business model where your customers are charged a fee for accessing Bookly booking form. In all other cases, a regular license is sufficient. You can find more information here. Regarding the landing page, the demo site was created using the Phlox WP theme and Elementor. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support about the page set up, because such type of requests are outside the scope of what we’re able to support

Hi Good morning I am facing an issue will receiving emails while booking.

for example, if i try to book an appointment the the email comes 6 to 7 hours later at the same time

but i try to send email directly with another plugin then email come instantly. i hardly took some time

Hello, is it possible to allow multivendor for this plugin ? If not, can the admin create calendar for each vendor, add shortcode on their pages and set a permission for the plugin so that they can only manage their own calendar ? Thanks

I just wanted to clarify how Bookly works with scheduling. It’s all set up on a weekly basis, so when you create schedules for your staff members, those schedules remain consistent week after week. The time slots available in the booking form are based on these schedules, and how the hours are divided and displayed in the form depends on the time slot length you’ve chosen.

Each staff member has their own unique schedule. When a customer books a specific time slot for a service with a staff member, that staff member becomes unavailable for that time slot for any other services. For example, if Superstar is booked for service Awesome on Tuesday at 10 am, she won’t be available for any other services at that time. Likewise, other customers won’t be able to book service Awesome at that specific time, unless another staff member is assigned to provide that service.

HI,

I’m looking for a solution for my client.

In short, we need a booking plugin that can be used to for booking courses that are available during specific times.

Example of the availability settings we want:

1st Sun of Each Month 2nd Mon of Each Month 3rd Thur of Each Month 4th Sun of Each Month

Does my request make sense? And will this be achieved by configuring the settings inside the plugin or will there need to be customization to the plugin?

The plugin doesn’t support this type of services now, though my advise as a workaround, you could create a service that will available only for the first day of the course and add in the service description the schedule for the rest of course, this way you can get the payments for these courses.

To set up these one time events, you will need the following add-ons – Special Days (Add-on) and Service Schedule (Add-on) to set the service availability and Group Bookings (Add-on) – if you would like to set up a service that can be booked by multiple customers (and Bookly Pro too).

I’m interested in your tagging plugin for Wordpress, however I needed something specific and I don’t know if it’s possible.

In short, I have a drift course company and I wanted to put the courses for sale on the website with the booking option.

But with a functionality that allowed the customer to either choose the day to buy or to book whenever they wanted, even if they had already paid.

For example, a client bought the course today but would only book it in 1 month and also wanted it to be possible for the customer to change the booking, if they wanted to change the booking, it would be possible to do so independently, that is, after paying, they would have the freedom to change the booking. for the day you wanted.

It allows you to offer package deals for your client’s favorite services as well as add an optional discount on packages. So you will need to create a simple service for the price of the packages then your client will have to book their first appointment right away in the front-end booking form. And then you assign the packages in the back-end so your customers can book the rest of the package services later as long as they’re booked within the set validity period. Currently, the default Bookly booking form doesn’t support the booking of packages by your customers on the front end. However, the new Bookly search form is fully compatible with the packages feature – your clients can book the package (https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/bookly-pro-v5-0/) of services like standard services. The workaround, if you use the default Bookly booking form (https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212800185-Publish-Booking-Form), is to give the customers’ user accounts so that when they’re logged in, they can see a list of purchased packages with expiration dates, details, and the ability to schedule the rest of the package services. Rescheduling is currently available in the Bookly Customer Cabinet Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005099314-Customer-Cabinet-Add-on. This allows customers to access, manage and delete their details and appointments list in a user account. So they can view the appointments list and history, and see all details of the appointment (such as date, time, employee, status, price, etc.). And the ability to reschedule or cancel their bookings. This lets you comply with the GDPR requirements since they can view, update, and delete their personal information, and remove their customer profile.

Kindly note that Bookly is designed to work with a weekly schedule. The schedules you set up for the staff members are their consistent availability moving forward – for each and every week. If you give your staff members access to WordPress Dashboard with either Contributor, Author, or Editor role then the staff member can only view and edit appointments in their own calendar (as well as, if allowed, edit their info as a staff member) that belong to that corresponding staff member associated with that WordPress user. The permissions based on the level of access are as follows:

  • Subscriber – doesn’t see actual data values in any of the dashboard sections;
  • Contributor, Author, or Editor – can only view and edit appointments in the calendar that belong to the staff member associated with that WordPress user. Can also edit their info as a staff member;
  • Admin – full access to WP Dashboard;
  • Bookly Supervisor – your staff under this role will manage Calendar, Appointments, Profile, Customers, and Payments menus;
  • Bookly Administrator – full access to Bookly.

Otherwise, please check the Bookly Staff Cabinet Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003349989-Staff-Cabinet-Add-on. It will allow your staff members/employees to manage their schedule (including days off), bookings, calendars, personal details, services, and prices, create appointments, and export their calendar information into a CSV file without access to the WordPress admin panel. However, please note that the creation of services is, at this time, possible in the back end through admin only. And currently, it is impossible to forbid the staff to edit their appointments.
