How Do I Get Support For Bookly PRO?
Support for all Bookly items is provided via email and our response time can be up to 2 business days. Support is only available to users with active item support subscription at least for Bookly PRO.
We do NOT provide support for Bookly add-ons if your item support on Bookly PRO has expired, because regardless of which add-on is not working, we will always look at the Bookly PRO files and other installed plugins on your website to check what could be causing the issue.
