A week after installation, my Instagram feed, which had been working well for a few days, suddenly stopped working.

I’d like to know how to solve this.

Started to get Invalid OAuth 2.0 Access Token errors on a couple of sites overnight. I tried the trick of using the Facebook display names with no luck. Even re-authorized the token.

Anyone else having this problem? It’s weird that it’s only been on two site so far.

Flow Flow streams have stopped updating on one of my sites. In the plug-in settings there’s a ! On the activation tab. The purchase code is correct and I’ve tried re-entering it but the ! remains. Is this why Flow Flow isn’t working on my site and how do I fix it please?

You all should list the social platforms that can be implemented on here. That way, it wouldn’t create buyer’s remorse after buying, and it wouldn’t create buyer hesitation, because we’re trying to make an informed buying decision.

We extended our customer support license and submitted a ticket in June, but we still are waiting on a resolution to issues with our Facebook and Instagram feeds. Unfortunately, we have not received a response and the issues persist. If these problems can be resolved, we would appreciate it, otherwise please issue a refund for the support extension.
