I have an issue with missing images and Wordpress posts not being viewable.
I put this to support and have heard nothing for almost 3 weeks. If this is the support time I cannot recommend to use it for any commercial projects.
Sorry I love the idea of this plugin, but when it does not work...

Lots of issues, feeds constantly goes black with errors. Read the comments and see for yourself is what I'd recommend before purchasing.

haven't use this plugin for a while, it used to workk great, now, I am getting errors, doesn't matter what feed I want to create, tehre is always errors with little to none explanation on how to fiw it. docs are also outdated

I have been buying licences for this plugin for years but have spent my money unnecessarily. It does not work. Especially if you have several sites with this plug in and for each site you have to show a facebook page, it will surely sooner or later reverse the feeds so that it causes me damage with the clients I provide my web services to. And don't say it is facebook's fault because with smash baloon this NEVER happens.

There are possible hosting issues like WP Cron not running update task in background. Or firewall blocking connection for Cron user. We will look how to improve this. Smash ballon has Health Check feature so they also deal with possible problems. Both our plugins are sophisticated software that works both with client site and third-party service and also run background tasks. Check for improvements in next updates please
Only just bought Social Stream and I ran into some setup issues. Customer Support came back to me very quickly. The app is very impressive and clearly had to adapt to the many API changes thrown out by the the likes of twitter and Meta. It works really well and the layouts look great.
You can add multiple social media accounts and then add those to "streams" which are then linked to webpages.
Being able to customize the layouts really helps to make this application feel like a native part of your site.
Highly Recommended.

It is a plugin with great functionality and potential, but I can't use it for Youtube, RSS, and Wordpress because I get an error when acquiring Japanese 2-byte characters in the title, etc., and I can't use it for real...

Look at the comments section. This plugin doesn't work and there doesn't seem to be a way to report it. Facebook and Instagram haven't worked for a few years now. Developers are not fixing the issue. If other plugins can do it, they should be able to do it. This plugin and the team behind it are not recommended.

the very same plugin works on https://social-streams.com/flow/demo/classic-social-media-wall/ Meta company often breaks something on their side and we shared links to bug reports on developer forums. Currently, make sure you refresh token in plugin admin or get new, clear all feed caches and any caches in your Wordpress. Since API changes on Facebook side, please be sure to Edit settings of integration when creating/refreshing token and check Manage business permissions https://imgur.com/a/9VP9rc

But now 3 time i had problem to run them again and now i cant run them any more nobay can help.
Sorry i delete them again and use the free plugin instead.

Developer team doesn't work on a solution. They feel the need to come with a update on the issue everyone is talking about. They do after some weeks! The update is a link to a closed discussion on the facebook site. Communication is bad (that's one thing) more important.. their really seem to be no rush in working on a solution. Not even a temporary one.

Hello. The issue doesn't occur for all users. We've noticed this on own demo and last days it's back to working again https://social-streams.com/flow/demo/classic-social-media-wall/ Currently we are submitting request to Facebook to get permissions which SHOULD NOT be required for our plugin functionality but latest API update messed this up. Seems Facebook fixed or rolled back this temporarily. Meanwhile we are waiting for approval of permission, so we can make it work regardless new API changes (though it was not required before). Thanks for understanding
