Terrible product, don't waste your money, hours lost trying to get it to work after it did work and failed back in May. Sent numerous messages since May 1 2023 (Now Sept 21 2023) and no resolution, they stopped responding. I created an admin username and login and they never even bothered logging in.
I found a much better and less expensive plugin that actually works and has been updated recently unlike this one which is 6 months old.

Don't stream. Many many errors, during a week work, later not. Always so. Very bad product, totally instable. We lost a week to configure (is very complicate detect the error that don't give you a strem) and at the begin work.. but later after 7 deys not. You can image how it is for a business with the client that call you every week: "strem not work". Very very bad plugin.

From the begining, the plugin is not working for Facebook and Instagram. It worked for sometime when support accessed WP admin. After sometime, it again stopped working. We contacted support. Support asked for FTP details. We provided FTP details but never heard back from them. Sent Three follow up emails, opened two new tickets.
YouTube & Twitter Feeds are working.

This plugin works great! I rarely have a problem with it, but if I do, customer support is awesome! They fixed the problem I was having quite quickly. I have used other social steaming plugins, but this one is by far the best and most reliable one.
