Do you have ticketing in ultimatepos? If possible please add this in next release. For every complain from user must have ticket, either it complain about purchasing product, repair, etc

we have 3 shifts 24/7 shop which begin and end at 11pm. is there a POS report which is the combined of 3 shifts instead of normal daily report 00:00-00:00? 1 hour difference. bought stock manager advance with POS, doesnt have the required report, and framework is to old, CI 3.1.13. btw, does this app do auto update, or manually download and update ?

yes. on our current Stock Manager Advance (been 5 years), we can have tax (6%) and service (10%), we dont see it from your demo. Ultimate can only have one type of tax. we need to be sure before moving to another POS system

With it, you create different tax groups like for example “Service tax group” which includes Sale tax (6%) and service (10%) So on selecting this “Service tax group” both of these taxes will be applied automatically.

Hello, we’re investigating that, it’s mostly because of oversell enabled or else.
Okay we shall be grateful if you give us a solution on that because now this is the 5th time when facing that error and to make it worse, when we try fixing it following the guidance of the documentation, it clears all stock quantity and Stock History which is not good when it comes to Inventory management…It is considered as Loss of Data in business

how to add product custom fields in label, i want to add 2-3 fields per product based on the requirements, is there any option to add custom product field on barcode label. if yes please show me the path.
Barcode fields are not added to labels as of now, we can check for this in future releases or If you need it urgently you can take a customization service for adding it.

Hi, That is a big bug because we need to print a daily cash register so that the cashier’s staff cannot access the reports section. (no permissions for cashiers) cash on hand and software daily register report are mismatched. regards
sell report will only show the report of what’s sold and not the payments.
Check payment report for the details of payment received.
