Hi There, I’m interested in purchasing your extended licence but I have a few questions.

1 can I integrate social media message and turn them into tickets?

2 can I integrate it with gmail?

3 Can I integrate in with shopify or any other ecommerce platform?

i have just installed my support system on my domain here is my query 1. i cannot access all setting its like i am not superadmin like in demo when i click on setting its appeared new menus under setting but in my support system when i click on setting its just go to the setting page mean I cannot add license source or other setting also I am not getting support time option and Miscellaneous setting option
2. can i update its layout with costume_views lke POS ?
3. can i get discount on new asset management module as loyal customer who have all your modules and other products
4. can I emabed video for customer guide in article like we have posted an article and in the end we can share video as well so who want to watch video can get help with video or playlist for category

- can i use it if i don’t have envato or woo software or edd product because i want to use the system without “Choose license” section ? is it optional or required ?

- can i disable public tickets option ?

1. Yes, you can use it without “Choose license” section. It is optional.

2. Yes, you can disable public tickets.

3. We have the option to change language but RTL may not work. We’ll have to check for it.

4. Yes attachment is in the plan.

Does this ticket system having custom fields option set by admin which user can fill during ticket creation. I am looking for Helpdesk ticket & support system with custom fields option & woocommerce integration.

Is it using latest laravel version & are you going to update this anytime soon.

The demo is showing blank screen to me if browse http://support-demo.ultimatefosters.com/ & with https it redirects to your main website.

Any idea when the next release is coming with above features.

Any updates coming to Perfect Support system.

Kindly add an option to support some custom text fields where user can manually mention extra information related to the ticket like purchase/order details refer to this screenshot here : https://imgur.com/a/LKl5jOJ

Even simple alpha numeric fields would be helpful to get more info about purchase/order details so it can be used for non-integrated system also like shopify, woocommerce etc.

Yes we promised and check our demo it is already developed in beta release now.

Developing features takes time & complete process of feature analysis -> Development -> Testing -> Beta Release -> Final Release

Hi I checked your demo and have some questions.

1. Does it have option to upload files pdf/image during ticket submission.

2. Any plans to integrate this with woocommerce orders, so customer provides the order id and it validates if the user order id.

3. For license sources also check if you can add the Licensebox API.

4. Can admin create product documentation with video, images, codes syntax support like Gitbook.io .

5. When creating product or service can we add custom field for getting more information during ticket creation.

1. We haven’t added this option knowingly. The workaround is to customers can upload any file in dropbox or google drive or any cloud and share the link. But, We will add it in future releases.

2. Yes, definitely we’ll add that option.

3. We don’t have a plan for that, for licensing we recommend using woosoftwarelicense.com which works very well.

4. Yes.

5. Custom field is not present as of now. Other information can be provided in 3rd step of ticket creation.

This is a seperate script, integration with UltimatePOS is not required for this, it works standalon.
