The support promised to add custom fields to the ticket form but they have not added it yet, they regularly mentioned this in comments that update with custom fields will be available in few days but I am still waiting for more then a year.
Even open source helpdesk and ticket systems have custom fields support.

Yes we promised and check our demo it is already developed in beta release now.
Developing features takes time & complete process of feature analysis -> Development -> Testing -> Beta Release -> Final Release
we're already unto it.
