2. As of now default theme is present which fits the designs of the entire application. So best suitable for every purpose.

You told me that you are going to add support for custom fields which user can fill during ticket creation last year but I am still waiting. Currently admin can’t even add a simple text question all fields of ticket forms are static.
Do you have any plans to add this or not, it’s been so long I even left a 5 star review for you but now I am very disappointed with this purchase I thought you will add more features to make this really a perfect support ticket system.
But now feel this not even close to being a stardard support system with essential features it is very limited in feature even free & open source support ticket system has better features.
We undrstand the delay in adding this feature. Be assured that it will be added in next 1 month for sure.
So the custom fields will vary based on products or based on departments or will it be same for all products & departments?

is there anyway to reply to customers with image? I tried to insert image in the text editor but there was no way to insert image.
For images you can simply insert it by uploading it to dropbox or imgur or google drive.
It is not present to keep the system lightweight and not increase the storage size rapidly.

Hi, I have been checking out your app and have one question. It includes E-Mail parsing/processing to create tickets? Let’s say a user sends a support request via E-Mail, either to a set address or with some sort of keyword, can the system create a ticket automatically based on that E-Mail???
If it’s not included, do you plan to add it???

Hi I would like to know does have integration with woocommerce so when a customer creates a ticket the order info can be synced from our woocommerce websites using order number.
Which laravel & framework version does it uses & do we get complete source codes to implement any extra features.

5. Simply add the canned messages with the merger tags and then it will add all those canned messages as button in the reply section
6. Notes are just like jotting any notes related to customer, multiple notes can be added.

hello, i have just installed my support system on my domain here is my query
1. i cannot access all setting its like i am not superadmin like in demo when i click on setting its appeared new menus under setting but in my support system when i click on setting its just go to the setting page mean I cannot add license source or other setting also I am not getting support time option and Miscellaneous setting option 2. can i update its layout with costume_views lke POS ?3. can i get discount on new asset management module as loyal customer who have all your modules and other products4. can I emabed video for customer guide in article like we have posted an article and in the end we can share video as well so who want to watch video can get help with video or playlist for category

Even simple alpha numeric fields would be helpful to get more info about purchase/order details so it can be used for non-integrated system also like shopify, woocommerce etc.
