Hello, if I buy a licence how would it work. Would it be a single or annual payment ?

Thanks.

Hello BilalBelboul

Thank you for your interest in Filter Everything PRO.

All CodeCanyon items have lifetime license. You will pay single time for the license for two your websites – one end-product website and one its development copy. You will get lifetime updates for the plugin and 6th or 12th months support period.

Thanks you for your answer.

Hi, I have an activate license of your product. But by accident I have purchased another one. Can I get a refund on the other one?

Hi dear, I need to have different filters depending on the category I have chosen. For example, I open my product page and the filter shows me the available categories: for example: shoes, belts. Obviously when I choose belts, the size of the shoes must disappear and vice versa when I choose shoes the circumference of the belts must not be present. Is it possible to differentiate the filters according to the chosen category? Thank you Paul

Hi paolocerruti

Sure. You can create different Filter Sets for every your Product category page and fill them with related filters only. Please, specify every Product category page in the “Where to filter?” field of a Filter Set.

Hi, I use WPML plugin, filter everything working on my shop page but not in the other pages. Can u help me ?

Hi ombresetfacettes

Thank you for using the plugin.

In general plugin configuring is not supported issue and purchasing of the CodeCanyon item expects that customer is familiar with WordPress enough to configure item by himself. But in case of WPML I recommend you to make Filter Set post types translatable in WPML Settings. This will allow you to create individual Filter Sets for your every language.

I purchased the pro version hoping it would suite my needs but it does not. How do I refund/cancel?

Hello josh581

Technically in your account you have special form that allows you to create refund request. But before to create it I highly recommend you to read refund policy rules to be sure that you have legal reason for refund – https://codecanyon.net/page/customer_refund_policy

wow, that has got to be the worst refund policy I’ve ever seen. Never buying a product through envato again

josh581

Okay, but why you decided that plugin does not meet your expectations? What exactly you expected and what you didn’t find after purchasing?

Hi, I’m facing an issue related to pagination. So I have a post loop with “Click to load more”, 9 posts at a time. However, if a filter is selected, its only showing 9 results and the pagination to load more disappears. Take a look here, filters are loaded through a pop up widget, click the blue + sign, select any filter, only 9 load although the results are more. https://thefoodadvocate.com

Hi faditayyoun

It is known issue as different Load more buttons works in different ways. Some of them are compatible with Filter Everything plugin as they uses page URL, some of them are not compatible out of the box and require to make some adjustments to make them work.

In any case unfortunately it is not supported issue and should be solved by a customer himself. But if it is option for you I can reccomend you this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/load-more-products-for-woocommerce/ which is compatible with Filter Everything

But I dont have products nor use woocommerce.

I’m sorry, didn’t realized this first time.

As option, try please to experiment with other plugins for Load more button or Infinite Scroll. Or you can use regular WordPress pagination if it is option for you. Also you can ask a developer to help you to combine your current Load more button with Filter Everything if it is too important for you.

Hey there, Great work much appreciated you have done your work perfectly I want to use this for my website but first I want to get the demo of my website Tig mig Welder. How can I get the demo of this. Need help regarding this.

Hello asadrazamr4567

Thank you for your warm words about the plugin.

You can use the official demo – https://demo.filtereverything.pro/product-category/electronics/smartphones/ I think you already saw this.

Also you can try to use Free version available on the WordPress.org – https://wordpress.org/plugins/filter-everything/

Hello, Stepasyuk.

Thank you for such a well-designed and inexpensive plugin. It works exactly as expected.

I do have a query. I am using the plugin to filter posts and have chosen to display horizontally. That works well. However, if there an option to make the entire thing collapsible, sort of like what is possible for the mobile version, but on desktop too. So, the visitor would see the filter bar and would need to click on it to access the filters. Here’s an example graphic: https://ibb.co/k1VYZCf

Thank you.

Hello snowfox85

Thank you for your warm words about the plugin.

If it is option for you, you can change breakpoint value when filter changes to mobile version and use “Special Pop-up Filters Widget for Mobile” on desktop devices.

To enable this, just add in the functions.php of your active theme next code: add_filter( 'wpc_mobile_width', 'my_custom_wpc_mobile_width' ); function my_custom_wpc_mobile_width( $width ) { $width = 1920; // new desired breakpoint in px return $width; }

UPD: you have to use the latest plugin version 1.6.9 for this

Thank you very much! Worked like a charm.

Great. I’m glad that your problem was solved :-)

I would be thankful for a review about the plugin here on CodeCanyon – https://codecanyon.net/item/filter-everything-wordpress-woocommerce-filter/reviews/31634508

Thank you in advance!

I would like to change the font size of the filter (using in the sidebar widget) for, in my case, a filter for Product Categories. I see how to change the Widget Header, but nothing even when checking with Inspect for the CSS I might change.

Hello emarioc

You can change font size for all filters for example by adding CSS rule for the .wpc-filters-widget-main-wrapper class.

Or if you need to change it for particular filter, just open its HTML in Chrome console and you will see that each filter has its own CSS classes. Example: wpc-filters-section-3250 wpc-filter-product_cat wpc-filter-taxonomy wpc-filter-layout-dropdown

So you can change font size for desired filter only (.wpc-filters-section-3250 where 3250 filters ID) or only for product category filters (.wpc-filter-product_cat) or for all taxonomy filters and so on. I think it is obviously from the classes list.

Same problem here—> Hi there, i dont see any “Filter” in Elementor Version 3.7.2, Filter Everything Pro Version 1.6.9 and Wordpress 6.0.1.

What can i do?

Hi ricohartwig

It is known issue when you can’t find any WordPress widget in Elementor search field. Just try to scroll down Elementor sidebar and select desired widget in the WordPress section.

Hi there, i dont see any “Filter” in Elementor Version 3.7.2, Filter Everything Pro Version 1.6.9 and Wordpress 6.0.1.

What can i do?

i mean “Filter Everything Pro” Widgets in Elementor.

Hello verwaltunghomepage

It seems I already answered you to your another account :-) I hope the problem is solved.

Hi, I have updated wordpress to version 6.0.1 but the plugin now creates problems. If I deactivate it, the site works fine. Thank you

Hi drywooddrywood

Please, update the plugin to the latest v 1.6.9 which is compatible with WP6.0 You can download it from your account on CodeCanyon and update via Plugins -> Add New -> Upload plugin -> Replace current with new. Do not forget to create a DB backup before that.

FYI – your support period is expired. If you will need support in the future, please extend your support period.

Thank you. Now it’s OK.

drywooddrywood

Great. I’m glad that your problem is solved.

Hello,

is it possible filter for a attribute, like color, and in the product page it shows only the products image with that color and not the hero image of that selected color? I testes your demo but it looks doesn’t do this.

Hello italyananet

Thank you for your interest in Filter Everything PRO.

For the moment this feature isn’t present in the plugin but it is planned to be developed in the future updates. I think this may happen not faster than in 3 months.

Ciao stepasuk I purchased your plugin in the pro version. I need to filter a custom post type to which custom taxonomies are linked. how do i get the sidebar to display with filtering on the main page where i put my custom post type gallery? tnx

Hello archimedia181

Thank you for using the plugin.

It is not necessary to use sidebar or widget area. You can insert Filters widget as shortcode [fe_widget] Here is more details about shortcodes supported by the plugin – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/shortcodes/

Hello

I am having some issues using the filter on a taxonomy page made via elementor theme builder.

I have a “brand” page which has title, description etc and then a list of custom posts associated to the brand taxonomy.

Whenever I try to use the filter it reloads the page to a completely different url for another brand with the filter suffixed to the url.

Ideally, I would like the post list to change via the ACF selected but for it to stay on that same brand page and provide a filtered post list.

Any ideas?

Thanks

As I see your site is under Maintenance mode. Try please to disable this mode and to check if filter works without Apply button mode. After try it with Apply button mode and let me know about results.

Thank you.

No I am afraid it does not work. Please can you refund me the extension? I have found another one that works better.

Hi gordonhill1990

You always can create a refund request from your account on CodeCanyon. It will be processed in accordance with the CodeCanyon Refund Policy Rules.

Loving this plugin!

We’re using a ‘checkbox filter’ for ‘post categories’.

Is there a way to: 1) order the post categories, and; 2) show the relationship between ‘primary category’ and ‘sub category’?

An example of this is: https://icatcare.org/advice/?per_page=12

As you can see, there’s ‘primary category’ of ‘Getting a Cat’, ‘General Care’, ‘Cat Health’ etc. Within that, there’s then ‘sub categories’.

If it can expand like this it will be great – but if not, just being able to distinguish between ‘primary category’ and ‘sub category’ will be a huge help.

Look forward to hearing what’s possible!

Hello elevatewebsites

Thank you for your warm words about the plugin. Yes, you can enable option Show Hierarchy in the Category filter -> More options

Hello, absolutely fantastic plugin – love it.

Question- is it possible to change the URL name for the sales filter?

I noticed on your demo it is /onsale-yes/, on mine it is /sale-price-yes/ so wondered if/how this can be changed? I would like to use just /deals/ instead – is that viable?

Would be nice if in future we could show the various sale ranges (Sale, 20% or more, 50% or more etc) or to filter by biggest % discount to lowest. The “regular price” filter is kind of redundant as people would not use this. Not a problem, just thought it might make for a decent feature update sometime in the future.

Oh, I actually figured out how to change the URL name now. All good!

What a brilliant plugin by the way, the entire thing works flawlessly on my site.

Hello drly

Thank you for using Filter Everything PRO and for your warm words about the plugin.

I’m glad that you already find how to solve your problem. I hope the plugin will help you to make your site better and convenient :-)

Hello, Great solution, but do you plan to implement a saved search option in it?

Hi Frantishek

I’m not sure I understand you in this question. Every filtering page has its own individual URL. If you need to save your filtering results you can just add a bookmark in a browser.

Hi Frantishek

Sorry for the late response. In general it is possible to implement such feature as independent from the Filter Everything functionality. I think there could be some plugins that allow to do that, but I do not know such examples.

Hey Stepasyuk, is there a way to give more weight to posts with a particular term within a taxonomy in the filtered results? The desired outcome – if a post has the term “the best post” selected for it’s category, it will display before any other post that does not have this term, regardless of the date it was posted.

Hello danmaby

Thank you for using Filter Everything PRO.

In general this is partly possible, but it requires to add hook to your filtered WP_Query and this term can be only post meta term, not taxonomy. This required to be familiar with PHP or ask a developer to help you.

If you do not want to code you can use Filter Everything sorting widget and create sorting paramter with that post meta field. It will be such a half-assed decision

Hi,

Does your plugin support filtering user metadata?

We use buddypress and xprofile fields for extra fields and need to filter on this.

Thanks

Hi bdebie

Thank you for your interest in Filter Everything PRO.

Unfortunately no, it filters only by post’s meta fields data.
