I was unable to find a way to use/add them in a project despite thoroughly testing the function.

Project template is useful when you have similar project and task. When you have similar projects and tasks. You can add that to project template and when creating new project you can select that and it will auto-populate that template

Hi Boss, thank you. Figured it out. The template option was way too out of visual sight to notice it there. Natural logic used was to look for it in options down below, didnt register that template option is a dropdown in top corner Perhaps Im the only one who failed to notice it.

Does this system has any module for Vendors? Being admin of the company, i have vendors from whom i am purchasing the product, does this system have that support?

No there is no vendor module is there admin himself create products for his companies clients.

Hi Ajay Would you please consider billing per user instead..? And also make it show price per user for month and year like most CRMs do. So that when creating a package, you can set the price per user of that package and the system will automatically adjust the price per number of users selected during registration. I think that will help a lot more than the current system of things. For instance, Salesforce Essential for SMB package is $25 per user per month. The price Makes it sounds very affordable until you start adding users, so they’ll get a lot of subscriptions simply because it sounds very affordable when you hear the price. If I use the current Worksuite and I want to even make a package of $20 per user, then I have to show $200 dollars per month for a package with just 10 users. It makes it look expensive even though it is not. So imagine if we create a package for 100 users… I hope you get my point..? Plus it puts cost control in the hands of the subscriber because they will determine how many users to put in their account and manage cost. What if I create a package for 15 users and they are only 10. Then it means they’re paying for extra 5 people that is going to waste. The current package based system will limit our sales simply because the package seems expensive even though it is not expensive per user… We really want to purchase this system but these little limitations are stopping us… Please make the change.

can i set add default currency for new user signup able to pick it? just now i try to login in with brand new email, i only able to select 4 currency. Can admin add like 20 currency, then new user sign in able to choose for.

I did try to add from superadmin, but not showing :(

Super admin currency is used for package purchase each company have his own currency and they can add and remove currency as per his own need. super admin can’t add or remove companies currency from super admin setting.

I am talking about the history when the support was updated, they never gave solutions and that there were many because they were with the new script, hence the discomfort of not renewing, and at this moment you should not pay to solve something that stopped working with the update. Do not create any new LEAD even if you fill in all the fields.

You are not telling anyone how to fix the installing problem and asking $20 to install this script. Very dishonest.

How do we know when you install the script, you might insert the backdoor links to monitor the confidential data. or

Maybe after one year, you use back door links to corrupt the website that you install to make more money.

90% customers install the application without our support. 1 year back they were not able to do it. We added more guide and now we hardly get any installation issues.

The customer who has 0 knowledge of server are the one not able to do so as they are not able to follow the video tutorial.
