1. How do I import contacts from say a CSV file into the client list area and also the Employees, I can only see export ? 2. If I am logged in as an employee of a business, how do I directly email a client, for example when I click in to client area, where in shows the list of all client, can I directly click on the email address to send them an email? or how do I send email to a client ?
1. our application does not have import functionality. 2. direct email option is not available in admin and employee both.
When i am logged in as an employee, on leads the employee has created I cannot see the proposal, files or follow up tabs when viewing my own lead – also i cannot see the option to switch to kanban view – how can i resolve this?
Both proposal and kanban view is available for admin only.
So agents cannot see follow ups on their leads? This makes no sense. Agents should be able to see follow up actions on their own leads, as well as move the leads through stages in the kanban view.
Agent can see follow ups but for that you need to create a new role and give them to lead permissions after that agent can see follow ups.

If you give him permission then he can see all the leads without any extra permission you can see the next follow up and also you can add new follow up. if you want more functionality or permission then you can give permission.

Accounting : I mean, as companies can login, can same accountant also can login and manage his companies?
Let me explain. There are some freelancers accountants, right? So, instead of managing all companies at one one place, is it possible that that accountant can manage his all companies with one login? In another hand, can diff diff companies appoint accountant with same email ID? And is there specific login for accountant only? Bkz we don’t want that accountant see every single thing in company

Major Issue With Subscription. Its not a script issue. But Due to a recent RBI mandate, cards issued by Indian banks as a payment method for new Subscription registrations is being temporarily disabled starting 01 Apr, 2021.
