Users profiles are not available by default on front-end side. You may setup a specific showcase to list users profiles if is desirable only.
does this mean that the only way someone can see a profile is if its in the showcase?

Public profile pages may exist and be available only if you setup them. By default, a such showcase is not created because most of the websites keeps their users private.

That payment process is only for products/one time payments and does not fits for Subscriptions, the main main workflow of a membership system such UMP.

One subscription can rent the house twice a year and another subscription can rent it four times a year. And now I want to know if I can do that with your plugin, not renting it itself, but limiting it to two or four times a year.
UMP memberships may restrict access to valuable content, not how many times something it may be rented.

2. You may setup different types of memberships, from recurring to a date-range one.

I have two plans on my site. I have a doubts for that. One user is already signed in with a free lifetime plan without any access. He bought another plan that cost $15. The $15 plan has all access to the website. But now that user has two plans, they are free and $ 15 plan. But that user could not access any content like a free plan user. Tried with the lock rules. UMP is a Multilevel membership system, customers may sign for multiple subscriptions and not limited to only one at a time.
Yes, customers may submit discount coupons during subscription payment process.
You may add multiple upload files custom fields inside Register or Profile forms.
You may setup memberships based on a certain data range, no matter when user sign to that membership, will ends on the same certain date.

UMP has its own process of restriction, you do not need to use a different one.
Still, you may correlate UMP Memberships with WP roles if is necessary with an external addon.

I noticed the braintree payments are not working properly.
If the transaction is rejected from the bank, the confirmation message says that the payment has been confirmed.
This is done only in the info-message During the payment. The subscription is working properly, it is not activated since the payment has not been completed. But the customer believes that he has completed his payment correctly.

Hi I have an issue with plugin Product Filter for WooCommerce from XforWooCommerce and Ultimate membership Pro. It took me a while to found that it was coming from UMP. I made all the work around for testing the issue. Disabling plugin and change theme etc… So the issue that got is when I use the filter for attributes like S – M – L – XL, it works when I test from administrator role but not from any other roles. The filter work just like I’m not requesting anything. For example: if I have in all sizes 100 t-shirts 25 S – 25 M – 25 L – 25 XL and I want to filter S, I get 100 t-shirts for all the role that I’m using for membership even regular customer role. On administrator role, the filter give the 25 S as expecting. So I wanted to let you know about that issue. Also I tried to unset almost everything on UMP just to be sure. I hope that you will find a fix soon since Product filter is very important. Thanks

When an affiliate is charged to sign up, can it be a recurring monthly amount kind of like a membership or subscription fee?
I want to have a series of websites that are available as packages that users can use any of them for free once joined, and have users be able to invite new customers and get 10% back for each customer every month that continues on with their subscription also.
I do have membership pro addon, and would like that reset so I can reinstall it down the road.
I see affiliate integrates with membership pro, are they combined in the affiliate pro addon, or do I install both and they work together? Just want to understand it fully.
Last question is in the demo page it has premium addons included, does the pro addon that can be purchased contain items that are not in the regular system, and if so, do we get new addons free if we have the pro upgrade?

UAP system does not charge users, but pay them for their work.
If you wish to reward affiliates based on recurring charges handled via UMP system, yes is possible.
You can also reward affiliates for signup action too and for many other actions.
UMP is a fully standalone plugin, not an Addon, the same UAP. Still, both plugins have been built to work together automatically.
All Addons listed on Product page or demo website are inbuilt into the plugin, 43 modules. So, are coming together with the plugin once is installed.
Ok, I saw the premium bundle on the one site for 163.00 and thought they were high end add ons that did not come with the affiliate pro plugin.
I will look to contact support to have membership pro license reset, and purchase the affiliate plugin next.
