The Menu Lock Feature of the plugin’ is blocking the “icon” feature of the theme. So i’m not able to access any of my icons or change them anymore. The plugin is overwriting something. Can you help with this? if i renew my support? or do i need help with my theme “buddyboss”

What is the status of the user when the membership expires? User inactive? How to renewal user by login if inactive?
When a membership expires does not means user account is removed or suspended. He can login into his account and update or sign for a different membership anytime.

Azzaroco, I have copy and paste the code more than five times. I place it where it should go. I made 100% sure the code was from the automated e-mail sent to me soon after the purchased of Pro Memvership. I double checked the e-mail and it is the correct one I am suppose to use, but not only that, I went to ‘download’ here in Codecanyon and I used straight from the note pad. It is not working.

Hello, with the trial setup is there an automatic collection of the paypal/payment details so if it is not cancelled within the trial period does it go straight to the paid membership?
if it does, is there a way for the user to choose monthly/annual subscription on the trial page?

hello I have a pre sale question. whether the ultimate membership pro and multisite extension can afford the use of plugins and themes, for example, level 1 subscriptions can only access certain plugins and themes.

UMP subscription may restrict and manage content, any type of content but can not control other scripts if they are activated or not or available space on server.
I have a few questions about functionality: 1) Can a subscription membership be created with a cash payment that still results in a reminder email being sent out when it is about to expire?
2) Can admins create a subscription membership manually for a user?
3) Do the reminder notifications depend on a third party like PayPal, or is that powered by this plugin/Wordpress?

Multiple reminders before a subscription is gonna to expire or after expired may be setup into the system. This process is not related to what payment service is used or if just about Bank Transfer offline alternative.

That payment service is not integrated into UMP system. Still, UMP allows you to sell memberships as Woo products using Woo checkout, so you may have woo payment addons for this accomplishment.

Hi, a bit of a strange request/question. Let’s assume the following work flow:
Website is called ABC and it has two admins – John and Bob. At the moment, there are 100 members in the backend of UMP dashboard.
Desired flow:
Bob creates a new member called Jane and assigns Jane a “manager” status
Jane can log into UMP dashboard but she will not see those existing 100 members
Jane can now add her own members manually under her ‘umbrella’
Jane can only see the members she added
Is this possible? Thanks!
This kind of particular workflow is not followed by UMP plugin, not being the purpose of a membership system.
