I think I found a bug. When using Stripe for checkout, it does not properly update the terms. On my site it shows “Premium Membership 5 Years $79.00 every year” but when I choose PayPal it shows the correct terms “Premium Membership 5 Years $79.00 every 5 years”

I’ve had several customers email us worrying that they will be charged every year instead of every 5 years. Please fix asap.

I am planning to start an online publishing company with many articles and would like to use your plugin.

I had a couple of questions.

- All the articles will be for members and will cost US$15/month. So anyone who is a member can only read the articles. This is the only option I need. So, is this possible with your plugin?

- I also plan to use the Avada theme. Can I integrate your plugin with the Avada WordPress theme?

- I would also like to have affiliate integration. So let’s say I would like to pay 50% to an affiliate on a recurring basis if they sign up. Is that possible with your plugin?

The site is for a doctors’ association and they want patients to be able to check if a doctor is a member of the association without having to register.

I have purchased the plugin and I have created few support tickets few weeks back. You have replied to all my tickets in time and thanks for that.

But when I try to create a new ticket, it gives message “limit reached” and it does not allow me to create new support ticket even if I am paid license user.

Also, there is no way to close some of the old tickets for which I have received satisfactory answers. If I cannot close some of the tickets (not all tickets), how can I create new support ticket?

Now I am stuck at the point where – I can neither create new ticket because you allow only 5 tickets to be live in the system, nor I can close certain old tickets in order to create new ticket. How can I proceed? Its as good as I am unable to get the support at this point even after having paid license.

You may inform the support member that your ticket concern has been covered and he will close the ticket, or those tickets will automatically close if is idle for a while.

As Admin, you have no restrictions applied, of course; otherwise, it would not be possible to administrate own website.

Show a teaser excerpt from the restricted content with a fade-out gradient effect at the bottom.

Style the restriction message/box elegantly with rounded corners, shadows, and prominent login/subscribe buttons.

Ensure it’s fully responsive for mobile.

I can auto approve the members. But how can I set payments on auto approval? I don’t want admin to manually approve the payment of each new member.

The payments are completed automatically and approval, does not require any manual action, once everything is properly set.

can i know what is the different between normal add and pro addon ? i need to buy normal than buy pro add on or i can straight jump to pro add on ?

The Pro Addons Bundle includes the Addons only and requires the main plugin in order to use them. The main plugin must be bought as well.

Question: Does Membership Pro include a calendar where I can add events, and users can sign up and pay? (might be a novice question but I just want to make sure.)

If not what Calendar would be a simple integration? Or one I can use that is simple for Membership Pro, if that makes since .

UMP is a membership system and built to cover this purpose, mainly.

It does not manage or sell events or tickets. For this, you may use any Event/booking plugin beside without any issue. We may not recommend a certain one.

Complains from members – the buttons inside the Member Portal’s Subscription tab do nothing when clicked, and logged-in users cannot proceed to the membership checkout to renew or upgrade their subscription.

Gemini find the checkout page was removed during integrations of add to card EDD system. A new page fixed it.
