Hi there, this is a presale question : is there any Facebook API key to fill in your plugins settings ? Because right now I have a Facebook feed plugin, but I have to update it every 1-2 months, with the risk to lose my feed and get an error message on my site, which is unprofessional. And updating that API key is annoying.
Could you confirm then that you plugin doesn't have that kind of requirement ? Thanks for your answer

You don’t have to enter a Facebook API key to use our plugin. However, you still need to connect it to Facebook in the settings, and if the source account is not active on Facebook, you will also have to reconnect once in 2 months.

Hi there. I installed the plugin and I can’t make it work. After I click on Facebook connect I am getting an Access token code from Facebook but I don’t know where I have to insert this code. I just upgraded the plugin to the new version which requires ‘Connect to Facebook’. I have gone through the steps but at the end it says

I tried multiple facebook accounts. I’ve used public facebook pages and it doesn’t work. Do you need to update the plugin or?

I own the business page and it still gives me exactly the same problem.

Dear community, I would like to buy Elfsight Facebook Feed, Youtube Channel, Twitter Feed and Instagram Feed plugins. However, before buying I would like to know if it is sufficient to integrate it for all users via shortcode integration or if e.g. on Facebook the user has to connect / identify himself with his Facebook on Elfsight. Our plugin allows you to display Facebook pages that you own or manage. So you need to connect the plugin to Facebook in the settings to be able to display content.

Unfortunately, the activation code is not provided for items downloaded from Envato Elements. The activation code is basically the purchase code you get when you purchase a license on CodeCanyon, so to get one you need to purchase a regular license.
However, the activation is only required to give you access to automated updates and support, but it doesn’t affect the functionality in any way. So you’re very welcome to use the plugin without activating it!

To connect via Managed Pages, you need to select Managed Pages option on Source tab of your plugin’s settings, check all the required permissions in the connection window, and select the page you need to feature from the list of your available pages.

So why does the page not update when sharing a facebook event (by clicking on the share button)? we post messages on facebook and there is no change depending on the type of sharing.
