I got this plugin on elements, do i qualify for a purchase code to activate it?

Unfortunately, the activation code is not provided for items downloaded from Envato Elements. The activation code is basically the purchase code you get when you purchase a license on CodeCanyon, so to get one you need to purchase a regular license.
However, the activation is only required to give you access to automated updates and support, but it doesn’t affect the functionality in any way. So you’re very welcome to use the plugin without activating it!

Hi, thank you for your fast reply. after your reply i try whit chrome and there are all good. so i check in my FF Browser i had the plugin Facebook container activated.. after deactivate its show me the image.. so all good thank you

Hi. I looking at this plugin along with the Instagram plugin. Are there any restrictions on how many feed’s that can be shown? I also looked at your online solution, but here you are limited for 5000 views pr. month for 5$, so this solution would seem to be a better purchace over time. So, just to be sure, are there any limitations after purchase?

The views metric doesn’t apply to the plugins we offer here, and you can create as many feeds as you need. However, each license is for only one website, so if you need to use the plugin on different websites, you will have to purchase several licenses.

Our plugin displays the content from your Facebook account without making any changes to it. So if you have some heavy and large images in your account, they will slow down the loading of your website. To optimize this, you need to optimize the images in your source account.

Is there way to manually empty cache? Somehow cache gets stuck into browsers and does not clear at all.

The reason the new posts don’t make it to the plugin on your website right away is the cache. Our plugin uses cache to make it load faster and to reduce the server load, so it doesn’t request Facebook each time someone browses your feed. Instead, it requests Instagram once in every 3 hours, pulls in the images by the specified criteria, stores them in the cache, and displays them from the cache. After the cache is expired, the plugin requests Facebook for the images again, and that’s when the new ones make it to your feed.
If it’s been more than 3 hours, and the images still didn’t appear, please, start a conversation in our Support Center at https://codecanyon.elfsight.com/contact and provide us with the direct link to your site’s page with the plugin. We’ll make sure to look into this in the shortest possible time.

Is it possible to use this plugin in a directory site without creating a widget for each location/store? Does it support being embedded in a template, where the Facebook page is programmatically changed to reflect each location/store?

Hi, I have 2 licenses for your facebook feed flow-flow plugin but 1 is linked to a domain name that has expired. How can I deactivate it from the old domain (that is no longer available – wordpress install is deleted) to my new domain please?

On the plugin’s description, its says:
“ncrease the time your visitors spend on your website by displaying your Facebook group’s posts. Widget header displays the main information on your Facebook page or group – cover, picture, name, number of likes and the verified label, when applicable.”
I’m looking for a plugin similar to this that will show a single post from groups.

After integration with the facebook page, it’s working fine for Posts section. But showing error for other tabs. Error: “No search results for given source. Please, check the input data and make sure the page is open for public access.”.
