How do you remove the menu item “Cool Timeline Pro Settings” added to the primary WP Admin Menu? I can’t understand why the plugin would add this to main menu when all other plugins just use the WP ‘Plugins’ section?!
Actually we added here to make it easily viewable for user. Currently you can not hide it, but thanks for suggestion we will sure improve its placement in upcoming updates.
That’s a very bad design decision. Imagine if every plugin did the exact same thing? It would create a massive list of links in the Admin menu. Please remove this ‘bug’ as soon as possible.
We’re having trouble entering our license key into the plugin.
We used our license key on the staging site (under a different URL) and now that we’ve switched to the live domain name, it won’t let us enter the license key again.
Is there a way to reset the license key to only work under the new/live domain name?

We already have an option on registration page to deactivate the license to use on another domain.

Font color >> Are you trying to change Stories date color from Cool Timeline Pro settings >> Date Settings >> Stories date color ?
In order to apply Stories date color, first you need to enable Enable custom date Color option.

It’s not your fault: With WordPress 5.5 the Classic editor cannot be used. Neither “Visual” nor “Text”. Perhaps there is fix for this.
We will sure recheck plugin compatibility with WP 5.5 and release a quick fix accordingly.

I use tagdiv newspaper theme (https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609). Does the Timeline Pro support and work with theme?
Does the plugin only load resources on pages that use the plugin?
Are there any known conflicts with other plugins?

We didn’t check it with newspaper theme but our plugin is shortcode based and works perfectly with good WP standard theme.
There may be some css conflicts sometimes with theme which we can easily fix via small custom css.

Hello,
Why is the slideshow option in the stories pulling in a smaller / resized version of each image? This is especially troubling when wanting to utilize the popup feature. The slideshow image being used for the CT lightbox popup are only around 300×300px.
How can we change this so the CT lightbox popup uses a larger image? Otherwise the popup is completely useless.

Actually, we have integrated WordPress standard image sizes(large/Medium)etc in slideshow.But you can adjust slideshow images size by customizing small snippet of code.

1). please open plugin folder and go to this path :- cool-timeline-pro/includes/ctl-helpers.php
2) just open it in your text editor and go to line no#560
3) find this code:-
