Here the price is 64$USD vs 45$USD on https://wpbakery.com are both of these lifetime licenses? If so why would I go with the more expensive one?

Hello, The plugin sold via our own website and the one sold here are same. The difference in price is due to the envato platform fee which is added when it is sold via codecanyon.

I have WPBakery for all my websites and themes. All my business is based on WPbakery, and therefore I am 100% depended and also limited to your page-builder. Therefore I am extremely sorry to see that you in 2020 – when all mobile apps and responsive sites offer horizontal scrolls – have not kept up with the development and trends. You should add option to add multiple columns to exceed the width, meant for horizontal scroll. And/ OR, you could very easily add a row-functionality to scroll specific rows (full-height rows also) horizontally. If you want to keep up with future competing page-builders and alternative CMSses, this is definitely something you should apply for next update. Actually it surprises me that you have not yet implemented this feature (which is not even qualified as a feature, but rather a MUST functionality) after so many years on the market as the worlds largest page-builder.
I am sure you have already considered this, question is: When can your customers expect this to be implemented?
Hello, You can enable the horizontal scroll by disabling responsive stacking of columns under page builder general settings. Once done, you can then increase the theme container width to be more than that or visible area. This will add a horizontal scrollbar to the content which extends beneath the visible area.

Hi, I have trouble activiating the licence. I’m taken to the WPBakery Login, but it doesn’t accept my login credentials from Envato. My username seems to be known, but not my email address. Therefore, password reset doesn’t work, either. Can’t log into the support site either, that’s why I’m contacting you here. Have so far only bought via Envato, but not actively used the plugin since purchase some time back. Can you please help me to activate my licence? Thanks.
Hello, As the license is purchased via codecanyon, in this case, you should import it into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/

When I enter it in the password reset field, it prompts “We can’t find a user with that e-mail address.” My user name is accepted on the reset page, but no email is received. Hi, The Grid builder seems to produce very un-optimised grids with a huge number of requests, it scores very poorly in gtmetrix compared to other grid builders. is there any intention to update this soon?
Hello, Unfortunately, at present we do not have plans to change the way standard grids are loaded. However, we do have many third party add-ons which has their own grids. You can check these under add-ons section of codecanyon.

In js_composer_front.js there is a function called “wpb_prepare_tab_content” which basically re-triggers javascript as needed (like when opening accordions/tabs).
It would be nice for other plugin developers adding custom WPBakery shortcodes that really on javascript (sliders, carousels, masonry grids…etc) to have their own functions trigger when wpb_prepare_tab_content runs rather then having to listen for the tab/accordion and other events. So it’s more inline with how WPBakery is expected to work.
In other words have something like the following:
$( document ).trigger( 'wpb_prepare_tab_content', panel);
Make sense?

Is there a way in the code to decrease the size of the logo (or client) images in the carousel? I’ve increased the columns to six, but the logo images are still too large. Thank you.
Hello, The image size depends upon the available column width and the number of images per view. You can reduce the width of column in which the carousel is added, to reduce the size of images rendered within it.

Can not set accordion color, changes will not save after updating to wordress 5.4.1 and page builder 6.2. Everything was perfect before, now accordions are washed out grey with white typeface. They were blue before and working perfectly. Has tried clearing cache, resetting permalinks, updating page, checking and unchecking disable / enable classic editor, etc etc etc.

Hello, In narrow data source, you should input category, tags, etc. As you want to display a single product, you can use data source as list of ids.

Update: Nevermind. The settings are in the Column Settings under Responsive Options Tab.
The Responsive Control for Devices controls are not showing up. The tab for the controls are missing. Do I have something disabled that is hiding the tab?

I am using your plugin within a theme.
I ran into a problem that my database begin grow incredibly fast. I was very surprised when I found that it is due repeated “_wpb_shortcodes_custom_css” records in MySQL DB in “wp_postmeta” table for Woocommerce product. Shortly the problem is: when you duplicate or “Copy to a new draft” Woocommerce product then the new duplicated product is being created with two “_wpb_shortcodes_custom_css” SAME records in “wp_postmeta” for same post_id. Of course in case if WPB was used for design for Woocommerce Product.
How to check. Create product “A”, customize it with some CSS with using WPB. Click “Copy to a new draft” and create product “B”. Check “wp_postmeta” for Product_B and you will see two absolutely same “_wpb_shortcodes_custom_css” records (of course with different meta_id).
Now imagine you then dublicate B to C, C to D, and etc… and every new duplicated product will have one more and more duplicated records. Well on 500th product it will have 500 same “_wpb_shortcodes_custom_css” strings in DB for a single product.
Is this bug related to WPB or to Woocommerce functionality?
Hello, The _wpb_shortcodes_custom_css is used when any custom CSS code is added to a post. When you copy the post, it gets copied along with it.

Yes, exactly it copies CSS code from “original product” to a duplicated product and adds also one more itself. So duplicated product will have 2 same CSS codes. Imagine we will duplicate duplicated product… than it will have 2 same CSS from a product before and also insert one new same CSS. And 3 same CSS rows as a result.
I created demo and tested there too otherwise I would not write to you. The problem is there.
For those who will need to solve the problem with a large database due duplicated “_wpb_shortcodes_custom_css” in wp_postmeta Table you can clean DB with these queries below:
CREATE TABLE wp_postmeta_new SELECT max(meta_id) meta_id from wp_postmeta GROUP BY post_id, meta_key, meta_value;
DELETE from wp_postmeta WHERE meta_id NOT IN (select meta_id from wp_postmeta_new);

Hello, The image size is controlled by the lightbox as per the available screen size. It will possibly require some custom js coding to modify the lightbox output and change it’s display size.

Hello team, I am using a theme with wpbakery included. I have a problem with wpbakery and edit page screen in mobile where wp bakery button makes “draft”, “preview” and “Update” button misaligned.
