Hi, I found the same problem about “Admin Notification Email”, all the submitted forms can’t received “Admin Notification Email” start from last week. I have checked with my email hosting company, the track delivery record show that “the email is rejected due to sender IP address (209.61.151.133) is marked as spam in third party monitor system.” I think this is the same problem that other users meet. Please help to fix it. Thanks!

Unfortunately we do not have control over email delivery as mail delivery is mainly depends on your server configuration. It should work properly if your mail hosting server and mail recipient server don’t have any restrictions for the email communication.
Please try https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-smtp/ and check if it works. In most of the cases it works.

We do not have direct analytics tracking for the form as you can do it directly through google analytics and the page where your are embedding the form. Although we have Google analytic’s event tracking integrated in our plugin. If you are proficient in the Google tools, you can integrate it easily. Hi there, I’m so impressed by the features of your plugin! I’d like to find out if eForm would accommodate the features I need for a manuscript submission management system. I want to move away from a very expensive dedicated platform. Perhaps you know of examples where your customers have used it for this purpose?
1. Can I require payment before users can upload their manuscript?
2. I will have a team of reviewers, who I guess will be admins in your scenario. Can I assign different admins to submissions? When I do, I hope that they can receive an email of that change? Or is it only the contributor who can be notified?
3. When I reject a submission, could I create a template for a generic response that goes to the email of the contributor.
4. If I reject a submission, I would like to send a customised email to the contributor.

2. We have feature for sending admin notification based on the conditions. You can add different admin email address based on your criteria.
3 & 4. Sorry, this is not possible at this moment.

I thought that because you can “email the surveyee/contributor about this update” when you edit the submission, this would be a way to send a new email to them. Is that correct?

Sorry for the delay. Things are little hard here right now.
From the record it seems your support isn’t active right now. So we can’t communicate over the forum to assist you. Regarding the form, I do not understand what exactly you are asking. If you can not reproduce the same issue in our demo server https://demo.eform.live then it is not a bug, rather a compatibility issue with your theme or any other plugin. In any case, kindly switch to the default theme and deactivate all plugins. Then activate them one-by-one until the problem arise again. Once you’ve identified the culprit we can take it from there.
Also from the page, it seems stripe.js was loaded multiple times on the page. This might cause problem. If you have any other plugin doing stripe thing, kindly ask the plugin author how to disable loading stripe.js file on other pages. We do not load stripe.js on all pages, except when and where the form requires.

It shows you your email address because you are logged in. When your users visit the form, if they are logged in, it shows their email address and if they are not logged in, it shows empty. I hope it helps.

Please i need an element based on conditional logic, that element we must be able to add any part of the form and be able to call any question or answer previously made.
Example 1:
I create a form with two columns, in the first column I create a question, in the next column according to a conditional logic element that becomes a call from a previous answer, prompting the user to answer this question based on the from your previous answer.
Example 2: I need to create a final form page with only elements of conditional logic, calling according to my needs only the answers that I want to generate and deliver them to the user in the final PDF.

Hi there, I need your help with a presale question, is that I would like to know if is possible the following:
I have 5 different forms that have conditional logic and math, all the results would be numerical,
I would like to know how can I “link” the results with each other form so I can make “additional math” with the results from each one
I mean, imagine that the form #1 has a result of 10, now when I start the form #2 I start with the 10 as base and is included in the math that the form #2 has, after completion now my result is 30 and if I start the form #3, 4 or 5 with the base number of 30 as my starting point in the math
Is not a sequence and I can take just 1 form or all 5, no order or amount required, depending of the result the conditional logic would provide a specific URL or redirect at the end giving the total result and showing the content of the page that was redirected.
I hope I explained myself well, let me know if you need additional information in order to know if this can be implemented.

Hi again! I have tested for a few days and I guess I know now how can I make it work I just could not find if it is possible the following;
After the survey is completed and the user clicked “done/submit” redirect/show a “results page” where I can show the results of the survey (numerical based on previous math) and this result page I can add text like “Your results are [RESULT OF QUIZ]” and some woocommerce categories or edit it as a normal word-press page.
