Hello, As the licenses are purchased via codecanyon you should import the them into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/

Hello, my WooCommerce shortcodes such as [woocommerce_cart] and [woocommerce_my_account] have stopped working ever since I updated WPBakery Page Builder. The Woo shortcodes just display as plain text.
I’m running WordPress 5.2.2, WooCommerce 3.6.5, and WPBakery Page Builder 6.0.5. I purchased WPBakery awhile back and now, I don’t have support to fix this issue. Why do I have to renew support for $51.63 to fix a problem that the latest update has created? Any help would be great in this matter. My e-commerce site needs a fix. If anything, I can download an older version?
Hello, As per the envato guidelines, the plugin comes with six months of support. If any support is required beyond that, then the support tenure should be renewed. We are unable to replicate such an issue with woo-commerce at our end. Please check it at your end by switching onto a default theme like twenty nineteen. hi there. using this plugin via the salient theme and they asked to me to reach out and ask why typeform does not appear as an option in the add elements window. i have the typeform plugin and the option to add a form as disappeared. thanks in advance
Hello, It looks like a custom element added by the typeform plugin as our standard plugin does not have such an element. You can confirm it with the plugin developer to make sure that the element is mapped using a priority of 12 or more.

Hello. I have problem with Frontend editor. When i create a block it is not updated on the frontend. But when i save the draft and after i reload the page it the block is there. So the problem is clear when i create a block it is not updated the page. It is there (if i save or publish the page) but it is not visuali updated at that moment.Can you help me?

We change our domain and made redirect from our old domain to the new domain. In the new domain it says that ” License is activated on another domain:” how can I deactivated in the old site. I tried to move the plugin to a different folder and it didn’t help. Can I do it via database?

Hi, the video Lightbox opens blank. I have a purchase code from here and also with many themes I bought it came packaged with.
Hello, The video lightbox is not a standard feature of the plugin. It seems to be a custom feature added by the theme or a add-on used at your end.

Ok. Thanks. Like we assumed, it is because your website is loaded over https. This issue is related to prettyphoto script – WPBakery plugin still uses older prettyphoto script and it overrides the script from our theme, which has been updated in the latest theme version.

Can you let me know if WpBakery has the classic text editor for blog posts built in? When I disable gutenberg in WPbakery settings the posts use classic editor instead of the gutenberg editor. So does this mean I do not need to install the classic editor to maintain that classic editor for post functionality?
Also I’m on the most recent version of WP Bakery Page Builder but the design options do not work when Previewing the Page or on Front End editor. Changes only can be viewed after page is published. I get WPBakery with my theme just FYI. I’ve disabled the theme and activated a number of other themes as well as disabled all other plugins and the issue still persists. Can you please verify a fix for this issue?
Hello, The WPBakery Page Builder has text block element which can be used to add text onto the page. The plugin has inbuilt feature to disable Gutenberg editor and hence any additional plugin is not required. About the design option issue, please make sure that you are running the latest version which is 6.0.5 as the issue is fixed in it.

I am running the latest version of 6.0.5 and this issue still does not appear to be fixed. The changes I make in design options are still not changing when using frontend editor or when previewing the page when using the backend editor. It also appears others are still having the same issues after updating. The changes are only shown after a update to the page.

My WP Bakery page builder is through my theme I purchased. I do not have a license with you all directly. But I have tested with a fresh install, no plugins, many different themes and I’ve tried on a staging site with my current install and removed all plugins and themes and tested other themes with the page builder and the issue is still present. Can you please provide me a way to contact you directly since this appears to be an issue with your plugin and nothing else.

The design options issue still exists. Changes to design options such as background image, color or padding etc etc etc do not show in preview page or front end editor. I am seeing I am not the only person with these issues. I’ve had many developers take a look and it is clearly a plugin issue as I’ve tested it on fresh installs with many different themes and no other plugins installed. Please when will this issue be fixed?
Hmmm… 6.05 download is actually showing as 6.04 still. Is the info in the js_composer.php perhaps in need of being revised with “Version:6.0.5” instead of current *Version:6.0.5” or has the entirety of the zip file simply not been uploaded?

The latest version of your plugin 6.0.5 still has the YouTube video issue we reported to you 3 months ago within it. Your file references http and not https for the YouTube link, causing any video not to load. This is a massive bug. It’s been present for over a year we believe. You clearly aren’t going to address this. We’ve had to manually put our fix in place again on the jquery.prettyPhoto.min.js file again. I.e. change http to be https. Please fix it in your plugin asap or refund us. Beyond fed up now….....
Further to above…... adding to our frustrations…. is the bug relating to saving a row as a template, which seems to be logged as being resolved in version 6.0.4 of your plugin, isn’t actually fixed….. we are using the latest version of your plugin and the latest version of Templatera, and you are still unable to save a row as a template…........ again, we reported this bug around 3 months ago ourselves. At the time, you estimated it as being fixed within a week or so. Still seems to be no timescale for this?
Hello, The issue related to prettyphoto is on our list and it will be checked in future. This issue does not affect any of the standard plugin elements and the issue at your end is due to a custom element called video box.

And on Codecanyon (right-hand side sidebar on item description) says it was updated on 18th of July – which means 6.0.5 should be available to download, if I’m not wrong. But it isn’t. When I download, the main js_composer.php file still says 6.0.4.
Again, what’s happening and can you check in more detail this time please?
