Hi, some of my customers can’t book more than once. It is said that “this email is already in use”. So the customers can’t proceed to the next step. But this scenario only happened to certain customers. Please advice me on how to make bookings in future by using the same email address.

Hi, I have Pro version of Bookly. I’m having trouble with it loading smoothly and consistently. a lot of the time the bookly form on the frontend does not load and just sits with a loading spinning wheel icon. please help

i’ve been reading some old support questions/comments from years back. Can it still be an issue about page caching? do i have to disable caching on the page i have bookly installed?

the reason why i think bookly is the problem is because the bookly form on the front end works “sometimes” or the first time, but when you refresh the page it doesn’t load again and just shows the spinning loading icon. also the rest of my website works perfectly , it’s just the bookly form that doesn’t load properly

Hello, the plugin is great, but i have problem with appointments. For example – i set time slots for employee at mondays 18:00-21:00 and at fridays 15:00 – 21:00. When i go to calendar page (on front) to Paulina Kopczak service – i see that is available only friday 19.07 – hours 15:00 – 21:00. I checked business hours and they’re 8:00 – 22:00. Problem occurs for another employees too. Could you help me with this?

I purchase Bookly about 3 years ago and I believe Stripe integration was supported out of the box at that time. After recent updates if someone purchase event and use Stipe to pay I don’t get any notifications via email about pending appointment. Anyone see this issue? I can’t even upgrade to the latest Stripe add-on because it is not listed as a plugin on my wordpress. Any ideas will be appreciated.

When someone signs up for a booking, will Bookly add them as a registered user in Wordpress with email?

Can the calendar be customized by days and number of attendees? or it would only work for hoursThank you

The plugin was synced beautifully, but all of a sudden it stopped syncing INTO the Bookly plugin. So if my client adds an appointment manually to her calendar, it is no longer syncing into the system to block those times for people using the booking feature on the site.

Hi, Is there any way to assign multiple payments to 1 appointment?

—Case 1:

This is my situation:

1. My clients pay a deposit or full payment through the website (I Already purchased Bookly Deposits and works fine)

2. My client want to make a second payment, he send me the money directly to my bank account or comes to the office and makes a second payment.

How do i register this second payment? I only see the option of manual adjustment that changes the Total Price and the Complete Payment that marks the appointment paid as full.

I will like to be able to have multiple payments on 1 appointment that i can manually add.

I checked your plugins and there is no addons for it.

-Case 2:-

When someone selects to pay a deposit, it shows on the payment list as $200 of $1,000. This suggest that the payment was approved by PayU gateway but the client has not really paid, the payment is till pending to come in. There is currently no way to knoe from bookly if that payment was really approved by the gateway or not. This causes that on every appointment we need to check on PayU if the payment was approved or not and add a Internal Note to the appointment to have “some kind of control”. The correct way will be to have on each appointment multiple payments and each payment with it real status, not just 1 global payment with a status that is just to mark as FULLY PAID or Rejected.

I have multi site enable. and also i have purchased multi site addon and staff cabinet also.

i need to assign a supervisor to each site. to manege users, appointments etc.

i already add a user  as a bookly supervisor to one site. but he can not see above data /dash board.

how to enable this feature ?

when i change user role of targeted user, he have access to dash board (according to role permission).

But when i change his user role as -Bookly supervisor , he can not see wordpress dash board.

Hello, Is there a way to define the “Minimum time requirement prior to booking” to 13,14, 20 hours? , there is only option to set to 12 hours and then to 1 day but nothing in between. Is this something that can be fixed? thanks

Hi, i want to know if is possible setup frontend of plugin without slot hours, but with day and hour prefered for appointment. For example: it is possible for the customer to view the hours for appointments and indicate various preferred times for the appointment (eg 17:00 or 19:30). I’m currently using the free version on my client’s website. Is the feature to set a maximum number of bookings per day still not available even in the paid version?

So there’s only one staff with 4 services available. The services are really just call/meeting appointments with different duration. My client wants to accept only 4 total bookings per day regardless of which services are booked. The services range from 15 minutes to 90 minutes.

Everything’s all set except that 4-bookings-per-day limit.

OMG I’m an idiot. Thank you!

With the latest update to your plugin and Wordpress, your plugin causes upwards of 20 second load times to our site, high CPU usage, and frequent timeouts. I was wondering if there was an update planned for this? And wanted to ask if you were aware this was happening / is it a known issue?

Hello! I upgraded to vers. 17.3

In Appoitments I see you added pagination to display the list in the Appointments section. Now for the month of June I have 14 pages (till now) and if I export to CSV to get reports, I have to export for 14 times!!! Is there a way that when I export, I can export all the list in 1 only page? (as it was before, I mean).
