Hi, I’m renting websites to my customers so in this scenario I am not reselling your plugin, so I am the customer of yours, not MY customers. On this basis I want to provide your plugin as a part of the websites I rent but I don’t want the customer visiting your website to see details of your prices and be aware of your branding as it would undermine our services that include other plugins. We are not necessarily charging for the website, we are charging for the servers space the site uses so we are not strictly reselling the plugin.

Q. Is it possible to remove the ‘contact us’ and ‘documentation’ ‘feature requests’ and ‘feedback’ buttons from the admin backend? Also there is a ‘purchase code’ section under ‘settings’ which isn’t split up into separate pages under the admin menu which has a link to your page. is it possible to hide this as it is not part of the WordPress menus so obviously it is part of that page and we cannot hide it with the usual plugins that limit/rename menu items.

I’m hoping that I can add Bookly to a number of other website we rent but would need to know that we can achieve the above question.

Hi Support, From one day to another many functions of the plugin has stopped working. Bookly is now unusable! Please help me ASAP.

I have the following components: Bookly-pro, Chain appointments, custom fields, service extras, special days.

1.1) In Calendar view, when you open an appointment, status cannot be changed with the icon next to the customer name. Dropdown menu does not show up when the icon is clicked. 1.1 In Calendar view, staff selection button is not working on the top right corner as the dropdown for the list of the staff memebers does not show up when the button is clicked.

2.1) In customers view, customers cannot be edited. When you clicks on the edit button a popup flashes, but instantly disappears. 2.2) In customers view, customers cannot be merged. the confirmation popup flashes, but instantly disappears.

3) Custom fields view, assigned services cannot be edited for a any question becuase the button is not working. dropdown of the available services to assign does not show up when clicked.

Can I use bookly pro with go daddy’s wordpress?

In this case, there are no special requirements. But of course tiy should use Bookly plugin on Wordpress website only.

the link is really complicated to understand that what that are actual, bookly is right for one service provider the multiple service provider can not work easily on bookly. So please make it easy on these things. I suggest you to make it in laravel. You should make one admin panel for the middle man, one admin panel for the clients, and one for the service provider. Must make the managers panel under admin panel and service provider panel. also good looking analytics for each panel. Please also focus of user interface as you created for the client in bookly as i see. Make more flexibility for the admin to create the forms etc. The client user interface of your product is amazing. I guarantee you if create the same software with the same front end as bookly. You be the king on the earth. Hmmm

I’m afraid the way you described above is not possible as the person who sets the services, staff members and other settings needed for an appointment have to be a site administrator and it is impossible to provide admin access to all the customers.

Point 1 : my client needs booking first section and time slot to be on same page so no need of next bottom.

and point number 2 is we want to insert some packages of 5 classes or 10 classes or 20 classes and for duration of each package will be 6 months.

for the packages we need multiple date select option so any visitor can book multiple dates at once also we can specify the validation of this packages as well.

Hi, Is there a way to limit user ability to book for more than x amount time slot for the day? For example for a service that has available time slots from 9 am to 11pm , per person we would like to limit 6 hours max total booked time.

Is it possible to show employees with a photo and their name either under or to the right of the photo?

E.g. Instead of displaying Employees as text in a dropdown list. Id like to present them similiar to the Time section in Step 2. The user can hover over and select a box that contains the Photograph and Name of each employee.

HI i seem to have purchased 2 versions of the bookly pro software and need to refund one of them. I just renewed the support for the correct one. In additoin I mistakenly purchased the Stripe Add On but then was told I dont need that as my original version already contained that so i need to return and refund that purchase also.
