I can’t open a ticket because even though I never used support it has expired. Anyway, after updating to 6.0.3 none of the grid filters are working as others have mentioned in the comments.

Is there a fix for this yet?

hello, can you please make sure that the folders are all written in small letters? there are problems for the vendor on linux servers!

we got an error for selecting images. “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()”. because he can’t find the files in the vendors.

Hello support, there is still issue with the post masonry grid (lazy loading setting) even after upgrading to version 6.0.3. After loading out a few posts, it just hang there and will not continue loading other posts. I realised this issue after upgrading to version 6 of WPBakery. There is no issue when on 5.7. I am using this theme https://themeforest.net/item/success-business-and-professional-services-wordpress-theme/16280960

We have been having this issue for a while now. When I add a Single Image with a link, then press save, it redirects me to Page not found. I was too lazy to submit a support, what I did was to just add image in text editor. I saw other people have the same problem. How can I fix this?

This plugin is causing issues, particularly when Responsive for Visual Composer is active. I had never installed the Responsive for Visual Composer, and seems to have come along in update today, but it puts whacky code all over my inner pages. When it is not active, the design looks fine, but some of my main menu items, which direct to sub-pages, now prompt users to download files.

Absolutely, this”add-on” seems to have been automatically added during the latest update. It caused some line errors that were only present when this add-on was active. https://codecanyon.net/item/responsive-for-visual-composer/20085272

Not sure how they are associated with you, but the plugin seems complicated to use and problematic when active.

Is there any ETA on a new patch for WPBakery? And, is this “add-on” plugin a part of the plugin?

Hey guys! Using Call to Action element in Hyper-X theme and client doesn’t want border around element. Call to action setting isn’t respecting changing “Border Style” to none or even matching border color to theme background (so it’s invisible). Any idea how we can we force these settings? VC breaks custom post filtering: when listing custom type posts (/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=xxxxx) and filtering by category (select category above the table and click Filter), the list returned is not correct. This happens apparently because the empty ’s’ parameter is injected in the URL, when I remove it by hand it works fine, and it’s injected only when the Page Builder is active.

The issue is actually caused by the Ajax Search Pro plugin, but for some reason only when Page Builder is active too.

I have a problem on visual composer, when update my wordpress version, the color selector on backend editor doesn’t works.

The columns on Inner rows pile up, one over another.

Please, will you help me to fix it or find reason why happen this? I don’t know if my template cause it, but this Zephyr theme its compatible whit WPBakery Page Builder.

There is a bug from v6.0.2 which is present also in v6.0.3. We are using plugin in our themes and we are receiving many reports from the customers about issue with ‘Single Image’ component. It is not possible to add an image using it, there is

processImages failed
message in the browser console from backend.min.js file. The issue was not present in previous version v5.7. When you are planning to release an update with a fix for that?

The bug is in include/autoload/vc-image-filters.php file. You have there:

require_once vc_path_dir( 'APP_ROOT', 'vendor/mmihey/php-instagram-effects/src/Image/Filter.php' );
should be:
require_once vc_path_dir( 'APP_ROOT', 'vendor/mmihey/PHP-Instagram-effects/src/Image/Filter.php' );
Some servers returns 500 Internal Error as php-instagram-effects directory doesn’t exists (actual directory name is PHP-Instagram-effects.

I am using WPBakery Page Builder, Templatera and Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder for my website. Till now everything was working perfectly fine till I updated the WPBakery Plugin yesterday.

I have created few repeated section using Templatera. On a page I have called the sections using Templatera. The section had background color added to the both columns. Apparently after the update the background color disappeared.

I figured out that apparently the custom CSS which gets added in the header section for the background color to the column, now no longer get added in the header section.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Also in the meantime, send me a copy of the older version of the plugin as it is not available in Themeforest.

Hi. If I save a row as a template, then use that template on other pages, can I make an edit to the template and have the change apply globally?

You guys make an awesome plugin that kicks Gutenberg out of the water and many people depend on WP Bakery’s VC to work with their site. Surely you must be working on a fix for this latest release as there’s many many people reporting the same problems that the latest release is not working with our sites. I also see you’re individually responding to each issue and can’t imagine you’re wanting every person with problems to individually submit a ticket so your team can investigate? That is not a viable solution for you or us. This is on a larger scale as we need a stable version running and working effectively. Please investigate this issue that has recently broken many sites and release a patched fix from your side of things or redo the latest stable release. We love this plugin and just want it stable and working across the board. Thank you.

Hi. I have purchased a template that gives me a new license code for this spectacular plugin …. how can I register it to be able to use it on the website I am developing ?.

And second … If I change domain, then I’ll have to reassign the license, right?

Hello, If the plugin is received as a part of the theme, then it does not have a license of it’s own. The plugin license can be activated, if the license is purchased directly through us. You can deactivate the plugin license before changing the domain and then activate it back.
