I am using WPBakery Page Builder, Templatera and Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder for my website. Till now everything was working perfectly fine till I updated the WPBakery Plugin yesterday.
I have created few repeated section using Templatera. On a page I have called the sections using Templatera. The section had background color added to the both columns. Apparently after the update the background color disappeared.
I figured out that apparently the custom CSS which gets added in the header section for the background color to the column, now no longer get added in the header section.
Please help me resolve this issue.
Also in the meantime, send me a copy of the older version of the plugin as it is not available in Themeforest.

Hi. If I save a row as a template, then use that template on other pages, can I make an edit to the template and have the change apply globally?
Hello, You can achieve this using templatera add-on which will reflect the changes made to the original template onto the pages where it is added.

You guys make an awesome plugin that kicks Gutenberg out of the water and many people depend on WP Bakery’s VC to work with their site. Surely you must be working on a fix for this latest release as there’s many many people reporting the same problems that the latest release is not working with our sites. I also see you’re individually responding to each issue and can’t imagine you’re wanting every person with problems to individually submit a ticket so your team can investigate? That is not a viable solution for you or us. This is on a larger scale as we need a stable version running and working effectively. Please investigate this issue that has recently broken many sites and release a patched fix from your side of things or redo the latest stable release. We love this plugin and just want it stable and working across the board. Thank you.

Hi. I have purchased a template that gives me a new license code for this spectacular plugin …. how can I register it to be able to use it on the website I am developing ?.
And second … If I change domain, then I’ll have to reassign the license, right?
Hello, If the plugin is received as a part of the theme, then it does not have a license of it’s own. The plugin license can be activated, if the license is purchased directly through us. You can deactivate the plugin license before changing the domain and then activate it back.

Your outdated font awesome 4 version is clashing with my theme’s up-to-date font awesome 5 and causing all sorts of unexpected font icon rendering.
Could you please advise when wp bakery will be updating font awesome to version 5? People have been asking for over a year now for this to be updated, yet wp bakery persists with their outdated version. Time for an update!!

Seems like you are having problems and these problems are now becoming an issue for all plugin authors and theme authors executing shortcodes.
Version 6.0.3 have also broke NEX-Forms as the plugin shortcode is unable to execute the stylesheets enqueued when adding it into a vc shortcode. Please attend to this as a matter of urgency as I now have to urge my users to fall back to your 6.0.2 version which is working. I honestly do not like to shift blame to other authors but in this case my hands are tide until you can resolve this issue.

I noticed that with the version 6.0.3 the filters of a grid view aren’t working anymore. Is this a known issue? I have checked multiple pages and I did a plugin compatibility test as well (turned all off tested and then back on and tested again) and the issue is still there. I hope we can get this resolved soon. I can see that other users are experiencing the same issue. The website in question has many pages that use filterable grids and none of them are working right now so this is a very big problem for my client. Thank you for your help.
