Another suggestion: If you didn’t directly integrate the option for custom cycling quotes, it’d be nice to have shortcode support in the “Messages” box to implement some outside plugins stylization of text. For instance, there is already a WP plugin for quotes that can randomly load a quote from a list using a shortcode.

Hi,

Yes, it sounds nice! We will consider adding this new feature in the next update of LoftLoader Pro.

Currently we are unable to determine which solution we will choose, and we will do some research and testing to find a suitable solution.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. :)

Hi the plugin isnt working from some reason i dont see even the preview of the loader on admin i just see the website

Hi,

The following is a follow up to your problem report:

Why is the problem different from the last one:

Last time, when we checked the source code of your website page, we found that the HTML code for LoftLoader was not added into your page, but the CSS and JS code for LoftLoader Pro was in your page source code. So there might be some conflicts that prevent the preloader’s HTML code from being added to the page. (It turned out to be the reason, and the problem has been fixed on your site.)

However, this time when we check your web page source code, we can’t find any code related to LoftLoadder. It seems that this plugin is not activated.

Since we added a feature to detect the old PHP versions in the latest update of LoftLoader Pro, if the user’s server PHP version is too old, the plugin will not be activated. So we guessed that the problem on your site might be caused by this reason.

But your reply indicates that this is not the case. Therefore, we need to log in to your site dashboard to check the plugin settings and debug to find the exact cause of the problem.

Looking forward to your reply. Thanks!

thanks sending you via pm

Hey there, I’d like a refund on this purchase because the plugin is breaking my site, while the original free one is working fine.

On sub-pages this plugin is adding a HUGE amount of white space before everything and I am not even able to access the plugins settings.

I need my site functioning first and foremost and since the lite plugin is fine I’d like to just stick with that.

Hi Jason,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin, and thank you for contacting us.

Before we process your refund request, could you please allow us to look into the problem for you? (We have replied to your refund request in detail, so please don’t forget to check your email.)

Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much.

Love this pro preloader- but I need to dequeue your google fonts, as I have them loaded by theme. I saw a comment a year ago that you would have the option for just enabling the default theme font and not loading yours, but I can’t find this option. If that is not yet built in, can you provide a working Function snippet to dequeue yours? Thanks a million!

WOW, thank you, that was fast! Great product, much appreciate the service!

;) Works perfectly :)

Happy to hear that! :D

The message input box doesn’t appear to take HTML? Would be nice to put a line break in…

Hi,

Currently the message input box only supports plain text. We will add new features to support simple HTML markup (such as line breaks, bold) in the next update.

Thank you for bringing this up!

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

Hi,

Just want to let you know that LoftLoader Pro v1.2.2 is now available. After updating the plugin, the message input file will support simple HTML tags, including line breaks.

Thanks.

Hi,

I’d like to use the logo as loader option. However, if I use the logo at a size that looks good on desktop (it has a tagline attached to it, and it’s unreadable if it’s small), it’s already too big for mobile, protruding beyond the edge of the screen. Could you please help me set a different width for mobile and desktop?

Thank you very much, Andras

Hi Andras,

Thank you for your email.

We just replied to your email. We are sorry, it turns out that the problem is caused by an old CSS issue in our plugin, which has been fixed in a recent update. However, since you have not updated your LoftLoader Pro to the latest version, this issue still existed on your site.

We have modified our plugin code and now the problem has been resolved on your website. :) Please check our email for more details.

Many thanks.

Best regards, The Loft.Ocean Team

Thank you very much for your help. And I’m sorry that I have overlooked an update—the plugins page of the Wordpress admin panel didn’t signal that there is an update available, so I didn’t think about it. I did update the plugin on the live site, and it has also solved the problem.

Thanks again, it was very nice of you to manually fix the problem!

Hi Andras,

Thank you very much for your reply. We are glad to know that you have resolved the same issue on your live site!

Have a nice day! :D

Can i use this to show loader only for homepage and product pages in woocommerce?

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Actually it depends on your site structure:

1. If your site homepage is a static page (your site dashboard > “Settings” > “Reading” > “Your homepage displays” > “A static page”), then you can:

1). In the plugin’s “Display On” settings panel, choose “Selected Post Types”, then select “Products” to display the loader only on single product pages (as shown in this screenshot: https://d.pr/FREE/GhbUIr ). Please note: the loader will not display on other shop pages, like “Cart”, “Checkout” or product category pages.

2). Then enable the “Any Page Extension” feature and add the loader shortcode to your homepage.

3). And you can also use the “Any Page Extension” feature to add the lodader shortcode to other pages (dashboard > “Pages” > “All Pages”), such as “Cart”, “Checkout” and etc.

2. If your site has a homepage, a shop, and some blog posts, then in the plugin’s “Display On” settings panel, you can choose “Site-wide – Selected Types” and then select “Posts”. Then the loader will display on your entire site except the blog posts.

You might like to read our documentation here:

- Display On Options ( http://loftocean.com/doc/loftloader/display-on/ )

Hello firstly would just like to say thanks for creating this awesome plugin as I love it. But this morning I was checking my site www.subsonicentertainment.com.au and noticed it was not loading on mobile unfortunately https://www.dropbox.com/s/1z1y4c2z55xpu44/Photo%2010-8-18%2C%2010%2005%2027%20am.png?dl=0

Hi, I think this plugin looks great. Can i use this plugin for multiple sites or is this just for 1 website?

Hi Michello,

According to the policy of Envato, one standard license allows the plugin to be used in a single end product (a specific website/domain).

Therefore, if you’d like to use the plugin on multiple sites then you will need to purchase a separate license for each site.

You might like to read more details on the CodeCanyon License page: https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard .

Thank you for your interest in our plugin! :)

Hello Sir,

Does this plugin have feature on click enter the website. Like i want to have logo on loading screen and it opens like doors open, which i already seen you have. But did not see feature like on click enter the website. Like https://tympanus.net/Development/MorphingPageTransition/. Please let me know. Thanks

Hello,

Sorry but LoftLoader doesn’t provide a feature like that.

When using LoftLoader, once the loading process is complete, the loading screen will not pause, but will disappear immediately.

Thank you very much for your interest in our plugin.

The Loft.Ocean Team

I’m looking to purchase for using the smooth page transition feature. Do you have an option for a fade instead of a barndoors smooth page transition in the pro version?

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in our plugin.

Yes, when enabling the smooth page transition feature, the background option could be “Fading”.

When the “Smooth Page Transition” feature is activated, when you click a link and leave the current page, the loader background will appear again to fulfil the blank between pages. The transition animation will be the same but reversed as the “Background Ending Animation” you set for the current page.

For example, if the “Background Ending Animation” is set to “Fade”, then the background will “fade out” when the loading screen closes, and the background will “fade in” when the “Smooth Page Transition” feature is triggered.

You may like to read the documentation to know more about this feature: http://loftocean.com/doc/loftloader/smooth-page-transition/

Currently the plugin provides 9 options for the “Background Ending Animation”. You may like to check our documentation for more details: http://loftocean.com/doc/loftloader/background/

Thanks!

Thanks!

Potential feature request: it’d be awesome to have more options for messages such as being able to enter in fields of phrases and have the preloader to randomly select one of the phrases to display for each page load.

Hi,

That’s interesting! We have added it into our “Feature Request List”, and will add it to the plugin in one of the future updates. Thank you very much for bringing this up! :)

Has this been written with PHP 7.2 in consideration? Or will I be getting any errors when trying to use it with that version?

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in our plugin.

Although we do not have the PHP 7.2 environment, the plugin has been tested in the environment using PHP 7.1.16 and it works without any problems. According to PHP 7.2 change-log, no change will affect the PHP code written in the plugin.

Thank you very much.

Hi, i have a trouble with the pro version of this plugin. This create a conflict (maybe js) with Smart Slider plugin. When i try with free version, smart slider work correctly, but when i switch to pro version the problem reappears.

Website: https://www.cuoiocarota.it/homepage/ Plugin version: 1.1.8 Read only access: demo | demo

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us.

We see there is a JS error “Uncaught ReferenceError: N2R is not defined” in the browser console. This JS error caused the slider to fail to initialize.

However, when we tested Smart Slider on our testing site, it works well when LoftLoader Pro is activated. The JS error doesn’t appear on our testing site.

Could you please provide the information listed below so we can look into this problem for you?

1. Please create a temporary admin account for us and let us log into your site. Because every user might have a different site environment (using different themes and plugins, and different settings for the same plugin/theme), that would be the best method to find out the exact cause of the problem.

2. We also need your FTP login details so we can modify our plugin’s code if needed.

Please send the login credentials via email to general@loftocean.com.

Thank you very much.

(please delete – I will email directly with additional information, thanks)

Please would you consider adding an option to only show the loader once per browser session as I use the loader to preload what I need on the rest of the site so I only have it enabled on the homepage but every time the user goes back to the homepage the loader flashes up when ideally I only want it show the first time the user visits the homepage during that browser session. Thanks

Hi,

In “Display On” section of LoftLoader Pro settings panel, you can find there is an option “Homepage only + Once per session” – when choosing it, the pre-loader will be shown on homepage once only when a visitor on your site during the whole session.

Please check the online documentation here: http://loftocean.com/doc/loftloader/display-on/

Hope this can help. Thanks.

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

Hi, thanks for coming back to me so quickly. I didn’t see that option in the Display On section. Have turned this on and it works perfectly. Brilliant service and support. Thanks

Thanks for your reply and we are glad to know that it works for you. :)

Hello,

I have purchased and used your amazing plugin, but it seems to be working with little bug. As you can see at my website stolarik.sk/cv the loading image is a little bit moved while loading. Can you help me to solve this issue?

Thank you.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and thank you very much for pointing this out.

We just released an update to fix this issue. Please update LoftLoader Pro to the latest version (1.1.8) on your site and check if this issue has been resolved.

You may need to clear your site cache (if you are using any cache/performance optimization plugin on your site) and browser cache before checking.

Thank you very much.

Hello! Is there a way to make the preloader spin counter-clockwise with Custom Image Rotating loader?

I’m willing to dig deeper into the code but I need a few heads up where to look. :)

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

Sorry but currently the plugin doesn’t have an option to make the preloader spin counter-clockwise with Custom Image Rotating loader. We will add this feature in the next update. Thanks for bringing this up!

For now, you can copy and paste the following custom CSS code into your site to make the preloader spin counter-clockwise.

The Custom Image Rotating loader has a “Speed Curve” option:

1. If you select “Linear” for the “Speed Curve” option, please add the following CSS:

@-webkit-keyframes imgRotate2d {
    0% {
        -webkit-transform: rotate(0deg);
    }
    100% {
        -webkit-transform: rotate(-360deg);
    }
}

@keyframes imgRotate2d {
    0% {
        transform: rotate(0deg);
    }
    100% {
        transform: rotate(-360deg);
    }
}

2. If you select “Ease Out & Back” for the “Speed Curve” option, then please add the following CSS:

@-webkit-keyframes imgRotate2dEase {
    0% {
        -webkit-transform: rotate(0deg);
    }
    100% {
        -webkit-transform: rotate(-720deg);
    }
}

@keyframes imgRotate2dEase {
    0% {
        transform: rotate(0deg);
    }
    100% {
        transform: rotate(-720deg);
    }
}

How to add custom CSS code to your site:

Please add these CSS code via your admin panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Please see this screenshot as reference: https://d.pr/FREE/5C6V3b

(You may need to clear your site cache and browser cache after adding custom CSS code.)

If you can’t find “Additional CSS” in your customizer, then the customizer’s functionalities may be changed by the theme used on your site. You may need to check if your theme provides an alternative for adding custom CSS.

Or, you can use a third-party plugin to add custom CSS code. Please search with the keyword “custom css” on wordpress.org ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/custom+css/ ).

-

Hope this can help. Thank you very much. :)

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

Now this is a proper feedback! I’ve also seen the new update with the new counter-clockwise option, you are amazing. :) I will update the plugin asap. Thanks a lot!

You are welcome. :)

By the way, you don’t need these custom CSS codes after updating the plugin to the latest version.

Thanks!

The new version 1.1.6 does not support varnish cache. It delays loading time of my web from 300ms to 4-5 sec. Rolling back to 1.1.5 restores the speed.

I think it due to: “Use cookies instead of sessions for “Once Per Session” feature”?

Hi Meken,

Thank you for contacting and sorry for the problem you are experiencing.

We checked our code and found that even if “Once Per Session” feature is not enabled, cookies will still be used, which will cause the cache plugin to not use cached content. This may be the reason why your page load time increases.

We just released a new version (v1.1.7) to fix this issue. You can update to the latest version on your site and check if this issue has been resolved.

PS: If you have enabled the “Once Per Session” feature, cookies will always be in use, so the cache plugin will no longer work. However, you can still use the performance optimization plugins to minify/cache static files: CSS, JS and images.

Thank you very much.

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

It’s fixed, thank you!

Glad to hear that and thank you for your feedback! :)

Using your plugin to make this loader? http://bamax.it

Hi,

Sorry but currently users cannot make a loader like that by using LoftLoader Pro. Thanks for your interest in our plugin.
