As I mentioned in the ticket, PagSeguro only works for recurring plans. Plans by period shows that error. I had to comment here because my ticket is ignored

A such kind of special checkbox which will change the level price does not exist but you can have different levels for new register users and others for existent users.

Hello, We have purchased your plugin several months ago and it has always worked well, but now it is blocked for no reason… I show you the problem we have since this morning, go to this page where we have your form, for the registration of users to one of the two subscription plans https://www.asand.it/iscrizioni/
Now click on the “Registrati” button to register and you see the page load indefinitely without ever getting to the form where to enter the data.
This is a serious problem for us and we kindly ask for a timely response.

When a client buys for example the bronze membership and they want to change to silver membership, does the bronze cancel on its own or does the person have to cancel the bronze first before ordering the silver?

UMP is a MultiLevel membership system, meaning an user can have multiple Levels assigned on time and not just one. So, an existent level is not cancelled/removed when a new level is bought. The user can cancel it if he wants.

hi.. on account page, is there links they click to access levels they’re enabled for? i see small images for enabled levels but they’re non-clickable. Also, to try and get them to buy non-bought levels, is there a way to show all available plans with levels they haven’t bought marked that way?

It can be indetified when a user placed an order and when a payment confirmation arrives, in both cases notifications may be sent. But it can not be triggered a notification when someone didn’t complete the payment process or was not charged for some reason.

I have it setup so new members register and they automatically have “No Plan” status. The No Plan status has no access to paid areas of the site. If a member chooses and pays for a plan, the No Plan status is still Green. I need it so if a member purchases a plan, the previous plan is cancelled. Is this possible?

UMP is a MultiLevel membership system, means an user can have assigned multiple levels on time and not just one which will be replaced. So, it can not be automatically removed a Level if another one is purchased.
